A good retailer, from where I buy a lot of smaller goods. They have quirks though. For example I am buying a specific brand of memory. On the site some items have the manufacturer model number and some do not. This makes me wonder if I bought the exact type I need, having to look at the exact specs on the memory chips themselves. Another thing is I had a fight to get my credit card accepted on line. I *think* what I was doing wrong was not adding a "/" on the start on end dates of the card, even though on the web site it specifically states MMYY not MM/YY - There are also no tips on how to enter your card number. Frustrating if you want something urgently and struggle to get your payment for the order accepted.

asking for street name when not applicable could not get further so had to enter no street name which was added to name of place as is a farm

THe price and delivery option is one of the best online however on the website it states that delivery is free for orders over £49.99 however i was still charged delivery.

Hi Robert, This order was placed on next working day which there is a delivery charge. The free delivery needs to be selected and this is over 5 working days. I'm sorry for the confusion on this occasion. Scott

when trying to make an account my timing expired which must mean you need to be very fast typer. once account up & running everything was very easy

Although the website promised free delivery on orders over £49.99 and my product cost £94 and was flagged with a free delivery logo I was charged over £7.00 for delivery so be aware that your product will cost more than you expect.

Hi Judith, I'm sorry for the confusion with the delivery charges. The product looks like it did qualify for free shipping which is over 5 working days. Looking at your order it seems that you selected next working day of which there is a charge for. I'm really sorry for the trouble that this has caused you. I have placed a free shipping token on your account which will let you select free next working day delivery on your next order. All you need to do is: Log into your account before you add the items to your basket and then check out using credit/debit card. I hope this helps. Thanks, Scott

I found the site easy to use in terms of delivery options and payment ... However, I was a bit annoyed to arrive at the site from Google Shopping having clicked on a specific product, only to be blasted with other product recommendations above the fold... The product I was after was actually hidden from view on the landing page so I wasn't initially sure if I had arrived on the right page!

The site says free next day delivery in the first page for the selected laptop but it is not being provided at the time of check out. It is a kind of cheating. They had charged me around 9 pounds for the delivery.

Hi, Most items are available on free delivery but this delivery would be over 5 working days. Unless it specifically states free next working day on that particular item or if you have a free shipping token, then there would be a charge for a next day service. I'm really sorry for the confusion. I have placed a free shipping token on your account for your next purchase. Srervice is ok regarding delivery Card payment very annoying refused card on several occasions and on different days, Corporate card holder

Normally Ebuyer is a quick and efficient when processing orders and most products are resonably priced. the two down sides are that for some of their deliveries they use Yodel to deliver, which means in my area deliveries tend to be late, on several occasions just lost, latest Yodel delivery of a 3 box consignment 2 arrived by Van 3rd turned up hours later by private car (after I complained to yodel about missing box, and was told splitting consignments like this was common practice!). The other problem is their returns department is incredibly slow, I submitted a returns request for a faulty psu (and another product damaged as a result of the PSU Fault) and it is 13 days so far and no response from Ebuyer!

Each time I buy something, often some months apart, the checkout shows my account as inactive. I have then to create a new account which can only be clogging up your system. Please enter me for the prize draw. Thanks

Web site can be frustrating. If you enter, for example, Canon printer and ask for list by price lowest several pages of low value items (which are peripherals, not printers) have to be worked through before the cheapest actual printer is found. This is why I have not used ebuyer for some time. This really needs sorting!

The item said as example £33.00 free shipping and total was £33.00but when ordered VAT was added to the total amount. This should have stated total plus VAT . So I could have purchased this item cheaper as it also stated buy now at £33.00 and this included free shipping and included the VAT.. Not pleased to do a buy now thinking it was £33.00 and paid £6+ for the VAT

I would have liked to rate you higher because you processed and delivered quickly - within 2 working days on the free delivery option which is very fast. But unfortunately you omitted one item off of the list that I ordered and I have had to make a separate order, bringing the total to about £7 higher than the total you had posted on the complete list (list 363549 Axel Billingsley). I know these things happen but as it turns out it's causing me a week's delay in replacing my computer and that's somewhat inconvenient for me. So I only gave your performance a 3 on this occasion. But it won't stop me ordering from Ebuyer again. :-)
