I wasn't very happy with your customer support. I would like to be able to email you with my query, not have a list of possible queries and no other options. Again when I rang I had to go through to another option just to speak to someone

I would have purchased more, however when I added items to my basket the shipping was no longer available free. I subsequently removed these items and will buy elsewhere. What kind of business sense is that!

Ebuyer are good as far as prices go - it's the after-sales service that sometimes causes problems, especially if you need to return something. Their 'E-note' system - i.e. their method of online contact - is customer unfriendly, to say the least. And woe betide you if you have more than two of these 'E-notes' active - you don't stand a chance of opening a third one! They also seem to have a habit of deactivating accounts that haven't been used for a year or more - along with all the purchases that have been made!

delivery to Isle of wight very poor. you class it as channel islands when royal mail and many national carriers class it as uk mainland and offer next day delivery. the postage to the isle of wight is exactly the same as uk mainland. postcode is Portsmouth!

Using google chrome and had experienced Website security certificate expired or not verified you need to sort this out as if my friends were not using this site I would have not gone ahead with the order.

Fairly quick and easy, but an over-enthusiasm to sign me up to newletters and offers I have no interest in, and to sign me up for their site, even though I will only use it next time I need to replace my laptop (which won't be for a good few years).

no buy button on the listing page for the items, i.e. I'm trying quickly to order a load of ethernet cable , I don't want to have to click into the product page to then only be presented with the buy button. Also can the quantity not be available at this stage too. Secondly what is with the email invoices being seperate ? this is very confusing when we're trying to understand past orders, the rest of the world manages to group an order together and summarise this on one invoice , we seem to end up with one for each item ordered, go figure. Purchasing procedures require improvement. purchase assistance should be improved. As clients can require frequent help. Otherwise we as accompany find some improvement in the selection of the products.

It would help if you gave the option to enter a delivery address or billing address when we register. That way the billing address can be anywhere, even outside the UK

I found that Ebuyer did not stock a wide variety of models associated with the Acer Aspire E1 range laptop i was looking at. It also did not offer any opportunities to compare two or more different laptops. Also the detailed information was not clear. For example, the model I was examining was supposed to have bluetooth connectivity but nothing about this was mentioned on the webpage with detailed information about that particular product. On the whole, because i have used ebuyer in the past, i decided to go ahead with them. However, last time the packaging was not solid so i hope that this time it will be done well and there wont be any chance of damage.

Placing an order for the first time, initially great. Try to pay for the order using existing payment facilities, time consuming and frustrating to the point nearly did not bother, very close to cancelling items in basket. Will await delivery time and product condition and useability. Unable to comment on these until they have arrived. Possibly been better to ask for a review once the item had been despatched and hopefully received. Serious flaws in current review system, which can be remedied easily.

I have just ordered two 40" Digihome TV's, it says free delivery but there might be an additional charge was later mentioned for payment by PAY PAL, there was no mention of this on the PAY PAL site, it still said free delivery. I have ordered these on the understanding that delivery is free and do not want this order if there is any form of additional cost and will expect a full refund and no charge for the return of said goods. I find these contradicting statements exceedingly unhelpful and detrimental to my making future purchases on this site!

I get really good service from Ebuyer. The range is great, the products are well described, of good quality and the reviews from customers are really helpful. I can only give 3 stars though because of the deliveries. Time after time Yodel let Ebuyer down. The Yodel service is appalling and their customer service is a waste of time. If you pay for next day delivery, you expect next day. Other companies even text you just before their driver arrives. Yodel may or may not turn up, but will keep quoting the package is on the van. It was on the van in my case for two days. That's two days of waiting in; hardly convenience. To add insult to injury the driver would not even talk to us at the door. Please Ebuyer; cut the puss filled lump away and get a delivery company that will live up to the expected standards. Right now Yodel are trashing you good reputation.
