“Site is almost impossible when it comes to changing your method of payment. I had an old card on file and TRIED to delete it and enter a NEW one. Impossible and that meant I had my order declined. I had to CANCEL the order and RE Order it, THEN, on the method of payment I could change my card from mastercard to visa and enter the new details. This needs making a lot simpler.”

“The payment process is a bit confusing. I had difficulty in finding the right buttons and the other day at the end of the process I failed to click the final button (and it did not tell me!!!) and the RM exclusion was notified rather late in the process. I pay by pay pal. I hope there will be is tracking number with the confirmation. Less buttons more logic and early notice of conditions please.”

“Went to buy a memory stick. Pretty simple really but I had to register with ebuyer. Entering the password, and also storing the password in my Password Manager, was enough for my session to expire. Now I'm in an endless loop: the site says I am already registered but I had not managed to copy the password. When I phone them, it was fairly soon sorted. So, not so simple after all. Situation normal.”
