“the overall design and feel of the website is good and comfortable. Very familiar with other websites, which makes it easy to use. The signup process was a little slow, due to clicking a box, and the delay between the new fields appearing. This could be down to my internet access (works internet) or delay on the website. The delivery option is a little out of view, and by default on the £10 delivery, in my opinion either make it more prominent or change the default to free delivery Overall happy buying experience.”

“The ordering process was quick and easy, however only later did i come to notice that they were selling me stuff that was not in stock even though i bought it and they said that it was in stock, that was not a problem; as i guess that it was because it ran out just before I ordered it and the website was not updated. So during this process of buying form e Buyer, i had to call there costumer service by telephone. They were nice and kid and they dealt with the problem very quick and all i had to do was cancel the items that was out of stock then order something else. Even though i was bit worried that the refund (paying me back what i paid through Paypal) was going to take long or there is some kind of catch in it, but i was refunded within a day and i simply placed another order without any problem. I can not say much about the delivery and processing time as my order was a bit different and i had some problems. but for everything to arrive after the problem was solved it only took 2 days.”

“First time I have ordered ... goods to arrive tomorrow, so no view yet on 'service'. However, registering was irritating ... intrusive questions (Why a date of birth?), lots of boxes to un-tick, all aimed at teeing us up for more irritating spam, marketing e-mails, junk mail etc ... all the usual unwelcome invasions of privacy. This is one of the most unpleasant aspects of online shopping ... we the customer are merely treated as a commodity whose personal data can be used, abused and sold on to whomever at the whim of the people we have been good enough to keep in business. Please just sell us what we want and keep your greedy hands off our privacy. Oh yes ... and the goods had better arrive intact and on time or my next review will not be quite so charming.”

“Good site. I had to switch to desktop view on my android phone to enable me to change the number of items in my basket. Thr price of sd cards seem a little high but to be honest bot shopped around a great deal. So makes that null. Generally happy”
