“Okay I like cheaper prices But there is a BUT delivery charges are expensive, and adding that to total and your item does not get cheaper anymore maybe just pennies cheaper from other sellers which provide free of charge delivery.”

“Have been using eBuyer for over 10 years, overall its been a good company to deal with, they have a great selection of products, and at time, there are real bargains found. Customer service is not that great, if you have a problem, you would have wait ages to get through, but when you do get through, normally they are very efficient. Delivery, over 10 years , I have had a number of orders paid for next days but never made it, in the earlier days they would refund it but recently they will find any excuses to pass the buck, it doesn't matter if its a courier fault or not, I paid eBuyer to deliver them on time and its their responsibility to make it happen, not to blame a third party. Returns, their new policy forced us to us other suppliers, eBuyers return policy is poor, normally after a week of invoiced, they will wash their hands and expect you to deal with the manufactures instead, we purchased a batch of SSD drives, and after 2 weeks two of them went dead, ebuyer did not want to know and expect us to deal with Sandisk directly in the Czech Republic, costing us almost £20 to sent then back, this to me, is very poor customer service. Overall, we still use this company for most things, but avoid them for some items if the manufacture warranty is outside the UK.”

“Purchasing from the store is easy and prices are good. What is a failure is their choice of delivery agents for home-buyers as they have few local depots, and if you use the free delivery you can't request evening or weekend delivery.”

“Only reviewing the ordering process as eBuyer have not yet had the chance to process the order. As a new customer who didn't yet have an account, I found the order process frustrating when moving the shopping cart from the unregistered account into a registered one. The system appeared to have lost the order. Fortunately I had a second window open with the basket still full and was eventually able to re-instate the order. Wasn't a big deal - but did waste 10 minutes trying to get it sorted. Also I ordered an 'Element' atx game tower which whilst measurements are supposed to be fairly standard, invariably some differences between towers is inevitable and eBuyer unhelpfully does NOT include the dimensions for this tower. Again, not a huge deal, but frustrating!”

“I have used Ebuyer previously and cant complain about the variety of products and competittive pricing however my experience of customer service last month was disappointing. I ordered a printer which was not ethernet ready and depite checking previously on the phone and being told it was and the printer had been sat unopened for a month yet they would not accept it back as a return.”

“Used ebuyer before, as has my son. Found them to be a good service; but that's what I expect. Wish that you could just buy without registering. And I don't want you to store my credit card details, so I unchecked that option. To me that's represents just another layer of insecurity to my card details. And do you really need my date of birth!”

“I found your system unnecessarily complicated. I needed to buy Epson cartridges but for each different colour of each type of cartridge I had to make a separate entry, whereas it should be possible to move from e.g. black to yellow to cyan etc seamlessly. A plus point was that by choosing a five day delivery period the delivery charge was waived. P M Brown”
