“Not made clear on the website that if putting more than one item in the shopping basket and this item is not stocked at the main depot that it will hold up the whole order so even if item/items are main depot stock and ordered for next day delivery before the 11.00pm cut off time they will not arrive next day if one item is holding them up. This is understandable if they all arrived in one delivery but they don't!...the main depot next day delivery stock is delivered by Yodel and the other items come by DPD so there is absolutely no reason why the stock item cant be sent for next day delivery and the other items to follow. if wanting next day delivery best to order and pay for non main depot stock stuff as a separate order so it doesn't hold up the in stock item/items.”

“On the whole the site worked well but it was a trifle slow on my computer which is only two years old. It would have been more acceptable if the screens had changed more quickly. Also there seemed to be some problems with collecting and confirming card details.”

“Fantastic range of products but inflexible in trading. I spend about 50k a year with them but when I recently ordered the wrong processor x 5 recently they wouldn't take it back because it had been openrd. Other suppliers would have. also once I ordered a desktop and monitor for next day delivery and when the dedktop didn't turn up they told me the price had gone up even though I had gone past checkout. My off the shelf desktop business is placed with another supplier now and worth 20k a year however my account manager does het best”

“Free Delivery is not what you would assume it means. ebuyer tags their products with Free Delivery, only to charge you for next day delivery. It is deceptive in my opinion. It is better to state the scope of free delivery instead of a blanket statement that misleads customers.”

“Terrible checkout process, got caught in a loop trying to reset my password, system claimed my DoB was incorrect, then didn't send me a new password. Had to re-register, but got caught back into the loop of incorrect password (had it cached?). Great price though, hence a 3*. Good job or I wouldn't have battled through the checkout.”
