“All was going ok until I moved onto my secure laptop to place the final order and found that the price had increased by £10, all in the space of 10 minutes!!! I thought it was only the likes of easyjet and ryanair that did that. I would welcome feedback on this matter.”

“I Had some issues with logging in as I haven't used the account for a while and my details were not correct with the email I used, so had to create a back up email in order to proceed with the order. Once that was sorted rest went smooth and fast from there on and now am awaiting delivery.”

“Delineations for where to enter information VERY indistinct and then I was blown out for being too slow! seems you can't win; whole reaon I am buying a new computer/laptop is because the old one is slow - so you should make programme more considerate to the slower, and in this case older, shopper”

“I would like to say that Ebuyer is a mixed bag, I can place an order and there is no problems what so ever, or I can place an order and it ends up being nothing but a horror story, and to make the frustation even worse they have bad customer services. Their prices are not as good as they once where and not always free delivery any more.”

“Although I had only just processed the order it timed out on me and I had to put my e-mail and password back in. On a possitive note the added delivery address from the postcode feature is a blessing, easy to use and saves time. Last point, the delivery charges seem high compared to Amazon, I would have been happy to wait longer if I could save a few quid on delivery!”

“The site is easy to use and providing the item arrives in time I will be reasonably happy. Hpwever the added delivery cost these companies add fpor being in Northern Ireland is just silly. Its still in the UK and if you post with royal mail its the same price as anywhere else. If it wasnt for this additional cost id be super happy. Its extra annoying when companies like amazon manage not to add these charges, and often means that i use them even if the product is a little more costly.”
