“Fairly easy to navigate considering that it is by computer. Only fault, - not enough time before you are 'timed out' Had a slight delay in completing and had to go through the whole lot again. But it was for security, so OK, accept the inconvenience.”

“Shopping for ext HDD's, but side sub-filters to narrow down the search were not presented, even though I remember they used to be. Also, specified a delivery address different to billing one, but Ebuyer's confirmation page for Paypal payment showed delivery address as the billing one; so right now don't know which of the two addresses it's going to be sent to! Other than the above, checkout was easy. Good overall user experience, but could be better with some simple improvements.”
