I was reluctant to buy as I had to give more detail than I felt necessary. Why do you need first name and date of birth? There is no option to NOT receive marketing info in future.

Took multiple attempts to create an account. Refused to accept my correct address format. Otherwise, ordering was easy and the price was right.

The menu on the can be slightly annoying to navigate, however your mobile site is good.

had a problem trying to log in.i could not remember my password.i used (forgotten your password)and received a message saying I had been sent a reset your password email.i have never received any email (tried this twice).opened a new account with an alternative e mail and my order went through.regards roger Stanford

Used Ebuyer in the past. Overall very satisfied customer goods always arrived on time. Never needed to contact the company or return any item so can not comment on there customer service. I would recommend their company.

Very disappointed to get right through to the end and use paypal and then find that because I need it sent to my work address you have changed delivery to a 2 day option without the ability for me to change things. Very poor in this day and age

Checkout button not responding when delivery drop down box left with the defaulted free delivery option. Having to choose a 2nd, identical, free delivery menu item in the delivery drop down box. Rather confusing. Oh, and not being able to have free next day delivery because I want to pay by paypal rather sucks - msg telling me I have an unconfirmed address and would I like to pay £11 more and have two days delivery instead! Er, no thanks. I use paypal all the time, so not sure who considers my address unverified? I'm left with the impression that to order using paypal from ebuyer I will have to pay more for delivery and wait longer. At least for my first paypal order. After that It'll be ok. But with that being the case... I'll probably never make an initial paypal purchase anyway. So - Amazon and ebay will continue to be my go-to sites for ordering and paying with paypal. Just don't complicate my order with nonsense about address verification and I will order more from your site.

Good range of products available until late for next day delivery, which over a large volume of orders has consistently been achieved, though customer service are slow to reply when required.

This was my first time using the site was very easy to navigate and price was very competitive. I had a small problem with the checkout via Paypal but resolved it quickly. Now await delivery of the ordered item

Ordered a basic PC from E-Buyer. All OK until I tried to check-out. Have to sign up (which I hate and often puts me off ordering from a company). Entered e-mail address but, not having ordered from them in a long while, had no idea of a password I'd used before. Tried to retrieve it using the Forgot Password link, but despite clicking on it twice and getting a message saying password had been sent I never received it. Then usual scenario. Tried to create a new account - but you can't because it recognises your e-mail address. Tried using another e-mail address but that seemed to cause it problems too. Went around in circles for a while until it eventually the system accepted me as a new customer with another e-mail address and allowed me to place the order (but no idea exactly what I did). Frustrating and wastes my time. I would have gone elsewhere except I had spent time careful looking for what I wanted and wasn't sure it was available anywhere else, but e-buyer almost lost a customer .

Usually Ebuyer has been a good, reliable place to shop at. However recently I have had a lot of problems with their free next day delivery offer. Although I was notified of the offer by email when I placed an order I found out that the shipping cost was actually charged. I raised an e-note and got a prompt response to forward the offer mail and I would get a refund. And it did happen However, still during the offer period, I placed another order and in spite of doing all the right things I got charged for shipping again! Frustrating. Another e-note, another response - from the same person who handled my previous complaint - and another request to forward the offer mail. Doubly frustrating, and this is supposed to be customer service. My question is as there was a mistake the first time around why was it not rectified after my first complaint so that I would not have to go through the same agony again. And secondly why do I have to answer the same questions by the same person again who has had the answer already. The whole episode has been infuriating
