“My last order missed the next day delivery because I had ordered around 20 minutes before the cut off time of 11pm. By the time the payment went through it was after 11 according to Ebuyer. However, my order details still showed delivery scheduled for the next day. I only found out that it was not coming the next day when I phoned Ebuyer that afternoon. It would be good if they were to make sure the order update was accurate as I had waited in all day for nothing because of the information on the order page. The goods were excellent value and in good order on arrival.”

“eBuyer is easy to use, with a clear and functional website. I had problems with the payment process because I have a popup blocker on my browser which prevented items from being added to my basket. It took a little while for me to figure out, but once it was disabled I could use the site ok. Popup blocker used: "Disconnect" for Chrome.”

“Site a little to much on the minimalist side. Found what I wanted on ebuyer at the cheapest price online but the image did not appear on screen even when I switched my browser to compatibility view. Pictures of other printers appeared fine just not the one I wanted. Delivery prices higher than most sites, but overall a quick transaction.”

“Bought on of these an the casing broke after a day. The whole thing broke after about 5 months, however I was rough with it. I never learn, as I've just ordered 3 more. For £1.79, if you're gentle (i.e. not using on the move and keeping it static and plugged in all the time) then I would say it is a valuable buy. As for sound and mic, it works very well.”

“The prices were very good and the offer of free next day delivery was too good to miss. The only problem was that the carrier Yodel delivered to the wrong address and there was no way to contact a human to rectify this. I rang Ebuyer who were unhelpful, insisting that Yodel had been tracked to parking outside the house therefore it had been delivered to me despite me being in and telling them this was not the case. Eventually I gave up with Ebuyer and managed to get Yodel's local dept no. (which Ebuyer refused to give to me). Yodel admitted the mistake, were apologetic and redelivered within an hour.”

“I have just ordered a Samsung printer from ebuyer.com. I was promised free delivery, but when I went through the motions, I was to be charged £13+ for delivery. It was only when I went back that it became that the £13+ delivery charge was only one of four or five options, for next day delivery - free delivery was within 5 working days, which was fine by me. A bit sneaky!”
