“If you need that important part tomorrow then Ebuyer is the one place to go, I have very rarely been disappointed with the service provided - although if you need to send back a part (bulb for projector in our case at £150) the 20% restocking fee is an absolute joke!”

“Mixed feelings. The site, stock and initial purchase process were all good (although the descriptions on some of the cheaper items are fairly sparse). I've had to order the same equipment twice as when I placed the first order, on the last stage (after paypal) I was told the address was not confirmed and that you'd added 2 days to the processing time. Unfortunately, I specifically needed the items at the address I choose, when I asked for them - 2 days later is no good. So I'll now need to cancel the first order, but I'll need to wait for it to process until tomorrow.”

“I think you need a feature on your website that allows people to know which components are compatible, when they want to upgrade or get a new pc. I think that would help a lot of people who want to cut out companies that sell rebuilt pc.”

“For some reason when trying to order by computer it would not let me proceed to checkout after placing the item in my basket. I therefore ordered via my mobile device but either I was not very careful or the website is not clear I have ended up paying full postage costs when I wanted their free postage option.”

“Ebuyer still offer a wide range at very reasonable prices. But am not happy they use the awful YODEL for shipping things. Have already had one cock up from YODEL (for an ebuyer order) as well as other cock ups from YODEL when purchasing from other suppliers. Come on ebuyer, switch from YODEL (and yes I am happy to pay a bit more to avoid having YODEL deliver) and you'll be excellent again.”

“The items in the catalogue are of reasonable quality and price. We have had issues with trying to contact their support or customer services, there is often a long wait and there are high call charges on their numbers. The eNotes could be a good system, however, there is often a few days delay in the response, So if you have an urgent request it is on little use. Recently released models tend not to be available from them. We are keeping an eye on what seems to be a move into office supplies, may provide some savings.”
