“Prices are normally pretty good and stock levels usually ok. They have trouble with accounts, though. I didn't want to buy the item, my mum did. Only, when she did they cancelled it because 10 years ago my dad had an account and the two credit cards they use are from the same account. As my dad is no longer capable of online ordering I opened an account for my mum and everything went through ok, until Ebuyer cancelled it. This has meant that I have had to order it using my credit card leaving my mum incapable of setting up an account to spend money with this company. I have had all sorts of similar issues with Ebuyer before in regards to ordering. Whatever you do, never try to help out a friend or relative on Ebuyer unless you want to pay for it yourself and have it delivered to your home address.”

“Ebuyer is one of my favourite on-line shopping sites. Very easy to navigate and the prices are affordable, especially on the daily deals. My friend recommended this website and I am happy to say that it is as good as they say.”

“Your site, and prices are good - however your payment system isn't. Annoyingly the Mastercard verification page skips on the iPad, meaning that this order was confirmed, and then rejected twice. (for not filling out the code) I also find your expedited delivery prices out of line with other retailers. Amazon as an example, are far more reasonable, hence why I have chosen the free delivery option. Having FINALLY hopefully placed the order on a computer instead of iPad 2 - i hope it now wont be delayed.”

“I Haven't used Ebuyer for a few years, and now I have cookies turned off on my browser. This caused quite a few problems when trying to sign in, then more when trying to reset my password. It would have been better if the website told me this was the problem, instead of just saying other error messages like "The password reset has expired, please reset again." After allowing Ebuyer to set a cookie everything was ok. Otherwise the website is well laid out and easy to use.”

“My order says free next day delivery but I found it hard to locate this on site. Ended up Choosing free 5 day delivery as couldnt find this. Should make this option easier to locate!”

“Cannot use Paypal payment properly, even actual addresses on paypal and ebuyer account are the same, online checkout does not recognise it and increases delivery time and charges... not good!”

“Ebuyer is an absolute must of buying tech. The ONLY downside is that some of the carriersthat Ebuyer use give a very poor delivery performance. Ebuyer doesnt give the buyer an option to use a delivery company.”

“The item is a good price but your time taken to find addresses is abysmal, I thought the page would time out. The postcode was not recognised after about 3 minutes and then it took longer for you to accept the full address I had typed.”

“Prices flucutate a lot, for example Yesterday (22/01/2014) the HP N54L MicroServer was£189, however today (23/01/2014) the price is £249. As such I will be purchasing the server from Servers Direct.”
