“Product price clearly stated Did not like the inflated quick delivery price, with a little foresight a normal " within 5 day delivery" time is adequate and should be the first choice on consumables. Did not like the purchasing screens which were a hassle and prompted me to abort the purchase. eg visually difficult to select the cursor position to enter data (I have normal vision) and a very recent Apple computer, entering card details was none standard and mildly inconsistant in format and prompted error messages....but still permitted progress to the next step. Look fwd to receiving goods on schedule!”

“As always with E-Buyer feel victimised for living north of the border. Bought smart tv FREE DELIVERY until you upload your address and then they whack £16.40 delivery on top. Surely you are making enough profit on sales to waive this " Jock Tax"”

“Generally OK but only if you are not in a hurry. Also there have been too many times that I have ordered something that Ebuyer states is in stock only to get an email later that day stating there is no stock. Courier prices - choice of free or rip-off!”

“I have been trying for several days to enter my order with eBuyer but the system did not allow me to get past the stage of entering the item into the basket. I particulary wanted to arange delivery for Monday 13th Jan (when I will be at home to accept the item) and bacause of the time it has taken to place the order the charge I have to pay for delivery has risen (so much for it being"free").”
