“Their site is NOT the easiest to navigate round. You can place items in shopping basket & then go looking at other products (without buying), then decide to go to basket to pay but can't find basket on shown menues. You then need to backpage to the basket. Also, the search engine on their items could be improved.”

“maddening website e.g search for keyboards get offered mice and earphones.Using the filters gives truly random results. If you persevere the prices are good and the range of products extensive”

“Most people who shop on-line do so first because of price, and second because of the convenience of delivery. However, I had cause to call your 'Contact eBuyer' no. on three occasions for this order, because the first two calls (though the people were very helpful) did not return answers to the question I asked. The first promised me an 'e-mail response', that never came, and the second person called back with an answer to a different question, but not the one I'd asked (now twice). The third person (today) was less helpful, quite abrupt, and whilst she possibly did try and gain my 'answer', did so with ill grace. Not good.”

“Fingers crossed Ebuyer to take pole position! After 9 years of loyalty to Ebuyers main competitor for PC components, OCUK have disgraced themselves leaving me without a PC for nearly 2 months courtesy of their returns procedure, and without so much as an apology or reimbursement for the numerous chargeable calls made to them. Wouldn't have been quite so bad except they very incredibly rude, unhelpful and attempted to offer part reimbursement?! Apologies for the details but what good would a review be without them? You've been warned! Fingers crossed for Ebuyer, they've always been keen on pricing and no issues with their service. Long may it continue and grow.”

“Why do you have to ask my age ? That questioned annoyed me and I nearly went to another company. Why do you have a costly help line. Another thing against you. The thing that was good was delivery tomorrow - If it arrives on time.”

“Website checkout process not as intuitive as it could be. Especially when you are on an iPad and creating an account for the first time, i.e. there really needs to be a Create Account button. Also it is confusing how to proceed as to whether you can or not due the buttons being a shaded colour rather than a solid colour.”

“I am happy with the price and I am sure the goods will live up to the reviews. I am however a little annoyed at the issues paying by paypal. I wanted to get this delivered somewhere else, this was made an issue by the payment side of things, said that this was not a certified PayPal address. So I added the address to both my PayPal and Ebuyer account, that way they would match and so should stop this issue from happening. This did not sort the issue and instead of having free next day delivery it changed it to 2 days and wanted to charge me for the pleasure of getting my parts later. I then tried it to my address and used my address details on PayPal but it still came up with the same issue and wanted to charge me again for a delayed delivery for verification. I have not had a problem with doing this on other websites and so can only put it down to an issue on this site. If it is an issue with PayPal then I am sorry for my slightly negative review on Paypal payment and delivery.”

“Usually delivery is ok and prices are competitive, though certain items sometimes take long. Also website a bit too tacky with too many syndicated ads and rolling graphics - too slow and bandwidth-killing when using mobile internet. Website should be more business-like with standard descriptions for all items.”
