“Using Internet Explorer I was trying to place an order but each time I clicked on "Proceed to Checkout" after being offered next-day delivery with a free gift I was dumped from your website. I tried again using Mozilla as the browser & it worked fine, not sure where the problem is but IE normally works OK for me.”

“Just purchased from Ebuyer and was asked to write a review to possibly win an iPad. My original review still stands - excellent company. However, after posting, I looked at the terms of the draw and see it expired at midnight on 31st December. Slightly annoyed that the didn't remove the offer to win the iPad gien that it's now 2nd January!!”

“Would have given a higher rating if they didn't have an intrusive policy of demanding to know your date of birth before allowing you to buy anything from them. Why? They also demand your telephone number - I can see a reason for this, but once again, you are not given any choice in the manner. Why? So now they know how old I am. They have a "privacy" policy about the information they share (sell) about you, but it makes no mention of their use of your date of birth. Fortunately you can write to them and demand that your details are purged from their systems. Pity really, they've marred an otherwise good experience with their ridiculous data collection scheme.”

I have just ordered the following item: one X Xenta 163 piece Rotary Tool and Accessory Kit that is heavily Discounted to £16.98, with FREE Within 5 Working Days (Super Saver) DELIVERY. As you are obviously not making a lot of money on this item I ordered another much smaller and lighter (with regard to post rates) item the Startech 1 Port Flush Mounted USB3.0 ExpressCard for £14 normal price. Guess what you now want to charge me £2.98 to deliver this to me at the same time. It is a pity your web site cannot pick this up as I will now order from Amazon and get it delivered for less the following day. Looks like a sale to the competition. Bye the way you have been sending me emails for months telling me that I can have free delivery Overall I have to say that Ebuyer have been very good in the past.”

“Missed out on special deal for an item I have purchased - the daily deal (my conception is that is should be available for 24hours to qualify as 'a deal for a day'). Email didn't arrive until past midday (31.12.2013) and I was unable to pick up email until the following morning. The deal was then out of time - surely a deal for a day should be 24 hours from receipt of offer ? As a regular customer I am somewhat disappointed.”

“I felt that the site was good. The information displayed was good and the process and placing an order was easy and straight forward. Ebuyer stocks literally everything you could ever want in terms of P.C. components they are the best in the U.K. (imo) for stocking P.C. parts. The prices are very reasonable as well.”

“A good, wide range of products, easily located on a well structured website. Only niggle is inflated delivery charge to Northern Ireland (£6 instead of £2). Odd when the Post Office, who appear to be the delivery option, have a UK wide fee. This inflated fee reduces the financial advantage Ebuyer otherwise would normally offer.”
