“Ebuyer Basically OK. I will keep buying from them for now and still point others to look at Ebuyer. A great pity about the web site. I used to be very good but they are getting carless. For example there is no longer a way to remove old addresses from your account. It in very annoying that if you right click to open a product in a new tab both the existing tab and the new tab open with the produce. So you have lost the page you wanted to keep. I am still waiting for the return of 4 screws form a NAS that was sent back to Ebuyer to replace a faulty power supply. Basically OK. Especial compared to some of the other suppliers. I will keep buying from them for now and still point others to look at Ebuyer. A great pity about the web site. It used to be very good but they are getting carless. “Giving eBuyer a second chance for Christmas. Ordered a laptop in June but despite selling them on the website it wasn't in stock and was a discontinued line, but they took ages to let me know then refund my money. Ordered a TV for a Christmas present so will see how they get on. Have spoken to them first and the TV is, by all accounts, in stock so will wait and see.......”

“Used before and service is OK. This time tried paying using Paypal but the delivery date then changed plus they removed free shipping from total price. Consequently I had to go back quite a few pages and resume the order using my CCard to restore the free shipping.”

“When I first tried to order these it said 3 in stock. Then as I completed the order process it said no stock, and cancelled my order. Then I got an email reminder that stuff was left in my basket. I followed this link and it let me place the order. Lets see what turns up!”

“I have no complaint with EBuyer their service is great and have very good prices. I have in the past purchased 30K plus a year for my business but I now prefer CCL as they use the wonderful DPD timed delivery service. I only order from Ebuyer when I know I am working all day at home as Yodel can turn up at any time up to 7pm in the evening. Basically Yodel are Crap and are costing Ebuyer money.”
