“No idea what to put here yet ! As soon as I completed my payment I was presented with a window inviting me to leave a review. Seems a bit premature on the part of ebuyer..what do they expect me to comment on at this stage. Most people considering these reviews want to know what the reliability, delivery and customer service is like and at this stage I have no idea...fingers crossed...”

“Detail-wise, much better than some more IT professional-orientated IT sites, but for the less knowledgeable among us, would be great to standardise info on products, so that products can be very easily compared. Has taken me a lot of hours surfing to be sure the details I read on this site are the same as the details for a product on another site and that the product is the one I need. Found some helpful reviews from other purchasers, please keep promoting the review sections!”

“Signing up and placing an order is fairly straightforward, accessibility and usability of the website is also good. Only thing I was slightly irritated with was the way the business was trying to sell the one-day-delivery. Apart from that, pleasant experience.”

“Have generally had very good service in the past, this time a special offer of 3 network adaptors for the price of 2 was not fulfilled correctly and only a twin pack was sent. Customer support was very polite and said that they would look into it but it took a second telephone call to expedite delivery. I would have rated it poor but previous good service elevates it to "Normal".”

“The service and availability is excellent, in fact everything about the company eBuyer is excellent. What consistently lets you down is using cheap, unreliable couriers like Yodel. For that reason ALONE we moved the bulk of our ordering to Scan. We use eBuyer for non urgent supplies only, as we do not trust any order needed for next day. I pay more at Scan, but at least it gets here on time.”

“I put up with a lot of inconvenience because e buyer had the best deal on what I wanted to buy. It took several attempts to achieve a successful transaction. First I had a session time-out just as I was about to pay. second it said I was not recognised as a user but would not let me re-register because I was already a user?????????? (maybe something to do with the earlier time-out) Finally sorted that by changing my password. Then when I wanted to pay I got an invalid transaction message from Paypal! Decided to have one more go then just pay more from someone else - it finally went through! Just dreading now more inconvenience may follow - am hoping for the best. I have never experienced anything like this on any other website before!”

“Ebuyer are great unless you have the need to contact their customer service line. This is a non-geographic number, so after being held in their queue, you will invariably have to talk to one of their team who are unlikely to be able to offer any insight. There is little point in asking to speak to a manger, as you will not be put through! However, if you can order your goods, and have them delivered without the need to contact them at all, they are a very good company to deal with. The prices are invariably very good, delivery is usually on time (although have had issues in the past with them editing an address making it impossible for the delivery driver, who thankfully telephoned me!), and items are well packaged and as stated. I would therefore rate them as Good to Very Good, its just a shame that their Customer Service lets them down.”

“Normally really high standard, but tonight started the order to be delivered over five days for it to be changed to next day delivery (with free gift) and then when completing order it changed again to 2 days with a higher charge (with no free gift). Chose this option because I didn't want to loose the progress I'd made, so ended up paying more than first expected. Not totally happy.”
