Would be good to just have a temporary account rather than knowing that e mails are now going to annoyingly come into my in box. This is a business buy but for a small B&B which has no company number so had to go through personal!!! Your phone number is a pay by customer...thought that had long gone in this day and age of free calls. Would discourage me from buying if I had had to use the phone

This my first time buying from ebuyer.com so ive just rate them normal for the time being, I have got one problem though ebuyer needs to have a review order stage before confirming your order just lkke amazon does thats it really

Really dislike some of the new site structure, first purchase for several months... Understand it makes it more accessible for casual shoppers / non technical users but would appreciate being able to list / sort items in fewer clicks as per old strucutre.

I am happy with my order. But was not able to change my delivery address. The address I wanted to send the TV to was Hean Tucker Somerton House Surgery, 79a North Rd, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, BA3 2QE. Thinking I would be able to change the address as I processed through my order but am now at the end and the order has ended. But the order is going to my billing address. How can I change this? signing in was quite weird. I was completing my details when the system said I had been timed out. Must have been all of 2 seconds. Everything was a bit off & not very straight foward. delivery chrge was assessed at £1.51 but was then charged £1.52 . I wasn't bothered about the extra £0.01 just a little confused.

Struggled to enter a correct uk address, repeatedly being told that it was not valid. Eventually got a form of it accepted

Impulse buy, for a slight reduction in price. Selected free 5 day delivery but they failed to deliver on time. Being a small item, it was posted, rather than couriered. By waiting 3 days before bothering to dispatch they risked it missing the required 5 day limit, and it did. Used to be good before, but not so good these days.

Still feel very aggrieved that you consider the Isle of Wight as "Channel Islands". Suggest you consult a map and find out where we are. Have never known another company do such a thing. For such a large order, I would have thought it would justify FREE delivery regardless.

Not bad - but could have helped more with an order that went wrong. My credit card was initially declined (fraud protection) - I ended up getting same order delivered twice. Little details that confused or hampered me: - e-mail said card would be retried "in 5 days" - it meant within 5 days. - tracking codes for parcels were wrong - and even after phoning up I was still given a wrong code for one parcel - they wouldn't pay for the duplicate parcel to be returned - it arrived earlier than expected an my son didn't know to refuse it. Ended up costing me £25.

Good prices but the site is a little awkward to navigate. It is not obvious how to buy. A big simple buy it button with an option then to go to pay or continue shopping. Keep it simple Jim .............

The site was very good for directions around the categories. Also good for refining your search to make it easier to find what you were shopping for. Payment was a hassle as wouldn't accept my address but got sorted in the end.

Great in all aspects apart from the fact that my first order did not ship on the day it said it would and it was my pushing the matter that got the oversight looked into,. My second order was going to a different address and I never noticed that PayPal decided to change the delivery address back to my head office address. This involved cancelling the order and starting again. The staff are friendly and efficient, just a shame placing 2 orders involved me actually doing it 4 times.
