“My only complaint would be that although I had checked free shipping (5Days) the website proceeded with next day delivery (8.99). I almost gave up but then refreshed my shopping basket which worked and 5 day shipping was put through.”

“Just wanted to buy a pc. Had to "sign on" to be an account holder. What a pain! The boxes for making email etc. entries are very faint and therefore difficult to see and when you come to entering your address you have to enter a street name. I DON'T HAVE A STREET NAME !!! I tried all sorts of ways to bypass the street name box without success. In the end I gave up and switched off. About 3 hours later I decided to have another go and guess what? Yes, as soon as I put in a password I was logged-in ..... without a street name! Come on ebuyer, some of us live in a village and only have a house name, Make it easier, please!”

“I find navigating through the website more difficult than it used to be, NAS storage wasn't to be found under storage at all but under networking. I also know that customer support if you have a problem is not great, not very responsive. But for some things the prices are very keen and delivery is usually on time so it's a reasonable experience if nothing goes wrong.”

“Excellent prices and web site, good delivery - the worst aftersales service I have ever experienced with faulty goods. Breaking distance selling laws on zoostorm products as refuse liability on equipment sold without having customer jump through loads of hoops with a third unrelated party to the sale. A shame as otherwise this would be a great buying resource.”

“Used Ebuyer for years. This time had a problem being recognised. It could be that when tapping in the password with an iPad it converted the first letter to a capital. But that should not indicate that I am not recognised as emails are rarely case sensitive. It took me several hours to get round this. It is a point for Ebuyer to watch. It should NOT indicate that there is no record of a customer of several years even if it does not recognise the password. If that is the problem that is what should be indicated.”

“This would be a 5 star if it wasn't for their lack of flexibility. A while ago I had an ssd that went faulty within a month. To get a replacement I had to to pay the £3 difference for the practically the same sad because the didn't sell the same one anymore. For £3 I would expect as a good will gesture that it would be written off.”

“Far to much personal info required, I want to buy something quickly and easily and do not need or want an account with you . No doubt I will be bombarded with e mails and I presume my details will be sold on. My telephone number is ex directory, why should you need it when you have my e mail address? , again no doubt to sell on! Why is there no box to tick so that I can opt out of this scam?”
