“Didn't like the fact I had to add to basket and then increase quantity. Also I tried ordering via Paypal twice, the error messages were very unhelpful (turns out we didn't have enough in the account, but still) Other than that, coming back to place orders is mostly a delight :)”

“Have used Ebuyer for many years and have always received a very good service, both sale and after sale. My only criticism of late is the pricing of products compared to other sites. Ebuyer could spend a little more time researching market pricing. The pricing of delivery also seems a little steep. A two day delivery of a mouse was £7. We could use standard Royal Mail and pay a fraction of that. The sinister side of me would argue that I pay 7 you pay the courier 2, which is a nice little earner probably offset against products that you advertise as "cheaper" than other sites(!)”

“On my first order, everything seemed to go through OK then sometime later I found an email stating that my credit card could not be processed because I hadn't cleared the Natwest secure card verification. I hadn't been asked or seen a screen for this the first time so am completely puzzled. I had to then place my order again and enter in all my details again. Not good, I am sure you will agree. Hopefully, my printer will arrive promptly and without problem. Regards”

“I like Ebuyer's very low prices and usually free delivery. But what I actually don't like is standard free delivery to take 5 days. They also failed 2 time to deliver next day when we paid for it. Simply prices are very good but service definitely not ideal. To open a business credit account was very awkward too.”

“Good range of products. Good website with well laid out presentation. Very disappointing that because I am located in Northern Ireland I cannot avail of the free delivery promotion that is widely publicised. What's more frustrating is that This only becomes apparent almost at the end of the ordering process. N. Ireland is part of the UK. It is not some far flung distant land. Most websites offer free delivery to here and so it is quite annoying to find that buyer cannot adopt the same policy. I will always prefer to order from amazon for this reason. I had in fact placed the order for my product with them, although they were put of stock, and although buyer's price for the product was cheaper it actually ended up more expensive after the non-free delivery charge was added. This can't be good business from buyers point of view?”

“Website layout is generally ok, but was really, really slow and prevented from using back button on browser sometimes, making shopping difficult. If it wasn't a specific product for the right price I wanted would probably have gone elsewhere pretty quickly. However, ordeing was simple and quick enough once I actually got to the checkout.”
