“No problem with price of components. Website good. Your Currier is awful (Yodel). I am only in on specific days. I booked a specific date for the last order and they diid not turn up. This meant a delay of a week until i got my order.”

“The rating would be much higher, except for one thing: the shipping costs. Not that I mind paying it, but twice I reached the end, having been told throughout that shipping was free, to discover that somehow the final amount included shipping cost. Either admit it at the beginning, or don't alter it. This is why I feel I can't trust Ebuyer, which is a shame.”

“I found shopping on your site easy and was pleasantly surprised at the security arrangements. I was however a little disappointed as I thought from your email to me saying free delivery till the end of November somewhat misleading when I had to add delivery charges to my payment. “Was enticed by the free shipping offer. When I added stuff to my basket and checked out, the free shopping was not offered. I tried to log in (using IE8) but it wouldn't work. Had to use Google Chrome and start order again. Basket contents were not there. Was offered free shipping at checkout this time. Not as smooth a process as I would have expected.”
