Web site very slow, little bit frustrating

a bit tricky to edit the basket before confirming order. I had to press the back arrow a few times instead of having a quick link to edit the order

Ebuyer used to be excellent but recently their service has lacked somewhat. I've had several orders which have been held up. Several that were ordered next day and have arrived by Yodel 3 days later (Why the hell are you using Yodel for a next day business service).

Have to pay extra because you live in Northern Ireland. Not good :(

Loved the free next day delivery, but their systems could not match my home address with PayPal so they were going to charge me for delivery and make it 2 day delivery. For an IT supply company your systems need improvement.

easy an straight forward - shipping could be a bit more competitive - had a few issues using paypal so had to log out and log back in and start over and use debit card.

Finding items and putting them in the basket is straightforward, checkout is not as nice as it could be. Instead of letting you have an address book on your account you get a messy list of previous delivery addresses to choose from. Also when I selected Paypal for payment the delivery address I selected was not the one that was shown in Paypal - whether it's an ebuyer issue or a Paypal issue it's annoying because it forced me to give my card details to ebuyer.

My greatest gripe with ebuyer is the payment processing system and the delivery system. For some reason it does not save the address correctly if the screen is refreshed, you need to have a save button on the screen. For example I am using my home address as the billing address and my godparents as the delivery address, because there is someone home there. You system picks the delivery up as my billing address and I change it, but when I had to refresh because it was going to the wrong place, it had not stored the changes to address. I get that you have a driver who makes the delivery on the same day that you put the dispatch out, however it looks rather inefficient if you take 4 working days to dispatch an order because it has 5 working days free delivery. You leave the customer in a worried state of unknowing, you should be giving a dispatch date asap, and then an eta, that would look super cool. Instead you are coming across as a half assed company that only processes the order when it feels like it. In the past I have had to chase up orders.

No problems with the ordering process, although there are outstanding orders that I haven't received so am concerned about delivery time scales at this time of year.

Site kept crashing on my ipad so had to set up laptop to shop. Otherwise fine and straightforward to navigate.

Delivery can be a problem, but usually it is a good shopping experience.

The use of 0871 is a slap on the face to customers wishing to support the company. The request for a date of birth is unnecessary when placing an order and will be used against the customer to ask a 'security question' so that it extends the length of call for the company to gain more on-line revenue. A revolting attitude. Who do the directors think their boardroom salaries, the customers of course. cc. BBC Watchdog
