“Used to be a great site but recently started to sell odd items like vacuums & washing machines and no longer has a good variety of PC parts like it used to. Also used to be one of the best sites for price but nowadays usually not the cheapest. Seems like Company dumbed down at some point last year. Tis a shame :(”

“Im frustrated to write this but delivery problems are starting to become a normality from ebuyer. PayPal not allowing to deliver to a different address is one thing, not notifying that that is different to what you have asked for is another. Then Yodel messing delivery up... these things happen shame it was to me... again... Problems problems problems and always when you need things on a time line, i then had to cancel the order because on day 3 after it was supposed to arrive i had to go away for work and missed the delivery so no i have to start the whole thing again next week! and all i got was my postage back!”

“I'm a new customer so I needed to register, not "sign in" which is the only option on the page. Confusing for new customers. When I'd completed my registration and submitted it. I then got a message that the page had expired and that I'd have to log in again?? No confirmation of my registration. I did log in and was successful. But again confusing. I don’t want to sound patronising but when some people get confused, they usually just quit.”

“I am a new customer I have just made my first purchase I will gladly return once I have installed the Sound card and tested it I cannot rate your performance yet until I have sampled it; this is a silly common mistake of all on line vendors I think that you should amend your software to accommodate new customers. for instance you could ask me what I thought after some time has elapsed. If I am pleased I am good with my evaluation.”
