“Have used e-buyer quite a few times, mostly with no difficulties but no always and historically have had problems when items needed returning which is far from acceptable. On this occasion I wanted to pay via paypal but the system kept adding about £2.50 to the order stating this was due to the order needing a signature. Paid via debit card instead without the price hitch £2.50 on a £14 micro SD card is not in my opinion acceptable and if this was due to needing a signature why was this also not applicable to payments via debit card - seems like a bit of a surcharge scam to me.”

“I'm returning to ebuyer after a long absence. Still love the prices and range of stuff available. I wish their search function on the website worked better. Today I searched for "213j" which returned no results despite the fact they sell the Synology DS213j. Weird that the search function can't work that out.”

“Just made my first purchase. Hard to search as the product I was looking for wasn't under the "standard category" you will expect - "car phone holder" or similar for a car phone holder, but under "tablets - other accessories". Registration was also a bit confusing as after entering some details I got a "session timeout" error and had to log in again. I was wondering whether my partial registration will work. Fortunately it did. Pricewise it is good. Everything else is average or even below average.”

“Used to really love Ebuyer, but now every time I place an order they tell me I can only have 2 day as my Delivery address is not verified. It is, and no other company has problems sending out with a next day. Ebuyers best features were always Good Prices with quick delivery, now its just great prices which is still a pretty good deal”

“Reasonable prices and easy to navigate website. My only bugbear is that when going to pay you have to set up an account with ebuyer complete with password etc and then you have to remember to uncheck hundreds of boxes so that you don't get unsolicited calls from their 'carefully selected friends' so even though I unsubscribed to all of them doubtless I will now be plagued with cold calls”

“Ebuyer are pretty darn good with their prices, and I always like looking through the promotions that get emailed out. My only gripe is sometimes the free postage that's advertised get replaced at the last-but-one order page if you choose a method of payment that scuppers the postage deal. I'd love it if they could change that. But yes, on the whole, Ebuyer is both useful and good value.”
