Usual keen prices and simply ordering process. But. I have a 'free next day delivery token' supposedly added to my account. Still can find no way on invoking this offer, and so am having to wait 5 days for the 'normal' free post and packing.

Hi Peter, To use the free shipping token you just need to: Log into your account, add the items to your basket and check out using credit/debit card. An honest review, your prices are good but the penalties for delivery charges to N Ireland are ridiculous! If delivery was included I for one would purchase more from you!

Why does it state free delivery on orders over £49.99, and yet charges me over £13 for delivery.

Hi Norman, The free delivery is over 5 working days. Looking at the order, it seems you have selected next working day which there is a charge for and this shows up at checkout stage. Sorry for the confusion. Scott

Good prices, but doesnt mention shipping costs untill after you place your order, which is a bit offputting as this puts the price up higher than what is advertised on the order total page.

There were a few elements to improve on. After putting items in my basket I then signed up. Then clicked on my basket and clicked to go to the checkout. It then told me my session had expired (in approximately 90 seconds since signing up) and then put me back on a product page. When entering the billing address the header on the page said Shipping Address which caused some confusion. I clicked Deliver to this address which took me to the next page. I realised that I still had my name as the billing as well as the shipping but the was no way back to change this. Once I had placed my order the guy I was speaking to on the phone told me to click the continue shopping button. This was not apparent as the size of the adverts on the page were so large that the button was off the screen (even at 1920 x 1080). Hope it helps

A real hassle to pay, had to try 2 cards before it would be accepted and both accounts have sufficient funds. Nearly purchased elsewhere !!

Cheap prices and good delivery times, but the payment system is terrible and not at all clear; did not inform me of what was wrong about the card details despite several times inputing it. Had to resort to paypal instead.

Generally I am very happy with ebuyer as they usually have what I'm after at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately on this occasion the laptop I'm after they don't stock and there is nothing in comparison anywhere near the price I can get it -of all places- currys! :(
