“Well i am a little disappointed. I ordered tonight because purchase before 11pm for next day delivery is advertised on the sight! i ordered at 10.30pm and it says delivery will be in 2 days time!! Not happy especially as i live in Welton right next to you!! Please call me and tell me you can deliver it tomorrow for my engineer to install it!! 07879 621880 Ian Dean.”

“Have just ordered a stick of RAM measuring 30mm x 68mm for my laptop and because I live in the Isle of Man I was charged £5-99 for carriage. Even with some substantial packaging Royal Mail would happily deliver the item for under £1. Why are we always being ripped off over carriage charges?”

“There's something going badly wrong with the way that Ebuyer is handling remote areas like the Highlands for postage at checkout. Today I have bought an SDHC memory card, which will post easily in a small, 1st class, LargeLetter packet with Royal Mail. There's a universal service across the UK with Royal Mail. So why does Ebuyer force a "Scottish Highlands" option when I checkout? At something like an extra £5.00, when the card only costs £7.00 !!”

“A good web search came up with your site. Access was swift and I rapidly found the products I needed at an advantageous price. I then had difficulty signing up as a new customer - I almost gave up and went back to Amazon. However, on my fourth attempt I successfully signed up. I'm not clear what the problem was, but it may be linked to my unticking of the four offers boxes; when I also selected the 'unsubscribe from all' it went through. If that's what caused my problem then you may be better to advise new customers to either unsubscribe from all at the bottom or, if they want to receive some of the services, then to unsubscribe on an individual basis.........so now I've spent another 3 or 4 minutes writing this! I hope it's useful!!”

“Good customer service and pricing is quite good overall. However, they discontinue products too much and they use Yodel as a courier service. The worst kind of pain.”

“eBuyer's systems suck. There is some issue with theirs as it relates to me. It can't accept payment if I give it my primary address. HOWEVER, if I modify my address SLIGHTLY and then make that my primary address then I can bypass their system's error, Two attempts at contacting them through their internal email system produced the anticipated response - NONE. I'm a fairly long standing customer and I shouldn't have to put up with this cr*p. I've got a lesson to share with you, eBuyer! INDIFFERENCE destroys RELATIONSHIPS. And that's what you've gone a long way to doing.”

“I use them because they are cheap and usually quick. Annoyingly they use Yodel for deliveries who are about the worst currier you could imagine. Please ebuyer, strike a deal with UPS. Website is a little short on details sometimes and annoyingly, if you purchase through paypal, your delivery settings there over-ride your previous ebuyer choices.”

“my first order was cancelled as they could not contact me unfortunately so i had to reorder which was a pain and meant i did not get the printer for when i needed. However the process of buying has been simple enough.”

“On the e-mail offer I was offered free delivery but on ordering the product had to pay £7.95 so not very happy about that.”
