“I have been buying from ebuyer since 2007, at which point I bought all the bits to put together my own computer. I have found their prices excellent, and customer service really excellent (I managed to blow up the computer by using the wrong voltage, and their returns team was excellent). Some of the descriptions of the products are a little bland (i.e. they copy and paste whatever the manufacturer has written); i.e. it would be great if they could add their own view of what a product is or what it could be used for. Nonetheless, their range, price and customer service is so excellent that they are the only website I would look at for buying computer related stuff. Well done ebuyer and thank you!”

“I am Blind and therefore must use the computer with the aid of specialist screen reading software, you asked for an HONEST review well I can review my buying experience but I fail to see how I can review the item I have bought I ordered it within the last hour and not even ebuyer is that fast! The ordering process was incredibly easy I had ample opportunity to compare / swap the item I bought Which in this case was an external hard drive. all in all it was a pleasant buying experience.”

“I have been a customer with ebuyer for approximately 10 years and have purchased a diverse range of electronic goods. I have ordered components for build it yourself computers on three occasions, laptops, LCD TV's and numerous other gadgets. The reason I always look to ebuyer first is that firstly their prices are the most competitive across their product range. Ebuyer run a very professional operation that keeps you informed on deliveries and I have not experienced any delivery mistakes or delays. On one occasion I received an HD harddisk recorder that failed within 12 months. After calling ebuyer they replaced the item which in turn failed within days of delivery. ebuyer gave me a refund immediately no questions asked and collected the failed item. This convinced me that ebuyer is even more customer friendly than most high street stores. Cedric”

“Basically an excellent resource for all your computing needs, website is easy to search but can sometimes take a few attempts to sort selections into preferred view, ie. Price High, Price Low etc. If you can't find it here, give up and have a cuppa.”

“The prices are always good and the products high quality. The only problem is the extra verification checks they require. This includes asking for multiple forms of ID which can delay orders. For me they took a few times to verify it as they only accept very specific forms of ID. That aside It's a good site with great products!”
