“I have used Ebuyer for many, many years and although in the early days their reputation of dreadful customer service overshadowed great value. Today they still deliver great value and in my experience pretty good technical support and returns systems......it is with regret that customer service could still be improved. With a 48 hour call back period on a very simple sales enquiry makes it a little hard to give a 5 star rating.”

“I have bought from ebuyer for about 8 years since I first built my desktop, which i have done a second time through them and intend to do for my latest and long over due upgrade. When i had a problem with my motherboard ebuyer requested that i sent it back for a refund towards buying a new one, which i did, however I also sent back my processor by mistake, but ebuyer also gave me the credit for that and as a result i got to upgrade my processor free of charge (due to change in prices). I have always had good service from them, the only real drawback i can say is charging for delivery. I understand charging for small items but spending £30 (in my opinion) warrants free standard delivery. It would be nice if when you are looking at items there was a guide for the postage costs of it nearby but i have only seen it when i go to the checkout which is rather annoying.”

“I have used professionally Ebuyer for a long time, unfortunately when it cam to a personal order there were some difficulties with their delivery agent (not Ebuyer) the team did with the issue professionally, however not 5* due to their subcontracted partner.”

“I've been using Ebuyer for over 10 years now. I've had a maybe 2 or 3 issues in those years but have been deal with in a more than satisfactory manner, which is why I continue to use them. The only minor complaint is some items could have better/more accurate specifications. I normally end up searching other sites for this information. Their prices of course are the major factor to the popularity of the site, which for branded products makes it a no-brainer to use them.”

“Generally good - decent pricing on products, very rarely have any issues with delivery. Watch out though, their warranty terms for business users are very restrictive - I had a very expensive laptop stand snap after 3 months and they refused to replace it because, in their words "the warranty is what the reseller gives you".”

“Ebuyer are pretty good by and large, only thing that stops them getting a very good rating from me, is that they have let me down on next day delivery a couple of times. They have always refunded the shipping costs, but that doesn't always compensate for the inconvenience.”
