“Great, competitive prices - Never been let down. However, I sometimes worry that their customer service might not be as good as Amazon's, like Amazon has 30 day return policy, whereas ebuyer has 7 (not sure who pays for postage).”

“Site is easy to use, easy to find stuff, checkout experience was good. Downsides: frequency of ebuyer promotional email is too high, I am likely to unsubscribe soon. Sometimes there are £5 and £20 kit that seem to have the same specs; it is difficult to determine what the differences are, whether it is 'name brand' effect, build quality, or genuine differences eg. in power ratings.”

“The design on the website is great, I also think its very helpful and convenient being able to see all the recommended products, however; I'd much love the ability to change the layout, what I mean by this is instead of scrolling all the way down to click "view all" products. That its at the top and I don't have to click that to see all, as I used to work in retail, I can understand its significance. Regardless, great site, great prices, reviews are laid out really nicely, hence why I've gone with Good and not "Very Good". Purely because I'm unable to slightly make my browsing more efficient.”
