“In the many times I have ordered from Ebuyer in the last few years I have no had a problem. Their deliveries have been on time and in perfect condition. To be honest I wouldn't rate them poor, but also haven't got any reason to rate VERY good, I also think it was too harsh to rate normal. I haven't ordered from them enough, in my opinion, to have gotten the full extent of what they have to offer but from what I do know, I would buy from them again.”

Would have preferred more options to narrow down searches for a laser printer as got a bit fed up and used different site to compare them easier as wanted to be able to select specific options such as duplex printing, network connectivity etc....”

Had a bad experience a few weeks ago but was down to the manufacturer rather than Ebuyer although I was getting my rather annoyed by the customer services at one point but it like I said wasn't really there fault. but all in all I do like and plan to keep using this site. “Excellent and easy to use website. My only reservation is that next day delivery is promoter together with free delivery and only when you reach the checkout do you find that you can only have next day for considerable extra charge. Despite that I do recommend them.”

“Generally good, huge range of products, mostly at sensible prices. However not all are enormous bargains when you start to look further and find other suppliers. Free delivery is normally available and can be quite quick. Will continue to use them, but they will have to stay on their toes to keep ahead of the competition on price.”
