“Ordered 4 hard drives but unfortunately one was dead on arrival. Logged an RMA but then got an email saying I had to call in for it to be approved. I was told I'd have to post the failed drive back before a replacement will be issued... I could understand if this drive was a few months old, but a DOA I'd expect an immediate replacement. The only way for me to get a replacement next day was to buy yet another drive and get a refund for the failed one. (They did add free delivery to my account though) To be honest it would have been easier using Amazon as they would have delivered a new one and taken the old one as part of a single delivery.”

“The site is not over user-friendly. The free delivery notice with next day delivery is misleading. I telephoned the number provided and waited 10 minutes. I explained all this to the rep but received no help and he did not seem interested. This is my first purchase with E-Buyer.”

“very good prices but would not let me checkout on my email account so had to create a new account with a new email address to be able to place an order which was a pain, item is not here yet but hopefully it will as described”

“Lots of information to sieve through - I would of liked all ink cartridges available when I put my purchase into the basket , I only had black and cyan available and not the other colours. I had no option to purchase a warranty I do feel positive the product has been well audited by yourselves and look forward to using the a3 printer”

“Mostly good but high delivery costs to the highlands. Not a surprising situation but the bigger retailers normally offer the same cost as to the rest of the country, would have thought Ebuyer would fall into this bracket.”

“The wireless keyboard and mouse hasn't arrived yet so let's see how long it takes. The pop up that appeared every time I changed screen was infuriating! The more you push it the less I want it. Once is plenty!”

“My only problem occurred when having chosen my delivery option I logged in and noticed the delivery option had reverted to the most expensive. I had to renew the transacton from scratch having logged in for this to be corrected.”

“I have bought a few things from ebuyer recently due to the price being very competitive! I would probably use ebuyer more if the delivery options were better. The cost of the faster delivery seems too much! If you could register with ebuyer for a small fee and receive cheaper (or free) deliveries then that would be perfect (like the service that Amazon offer).”

“Good and excellent price for a branded set of products. Only downside was the confusing use of the "Free Delivery" promotion and its checkout process. The site hides the fact in small grey text that it only applies to 5 working days. It also puts the most expensive option as default on checkout page. This process is also hindered greatly by the fact that the "Super Saver" delivery, that is the same as the free delivery of products over £49.99, on anything on the website is also FREE at any price of product, making the offer delivery promotion completely pointless and misleading, hiding of the facts of the offer.”
