This is a scam. Please don't book through them even though they advertise cheap rates. I booked a 13 day rental through them only be told by the supplier that I cant get the car I want. I have tried calling Economy Booking for the past 3 weeks with no response. Now, I am trying to access my profile through their app and it keep spinning. I am getting ready to file a complaint against them through the New York Attorney General's office.

ZERO STARS. I did not think that companies still exist who defraud their customers and treat people so badly. I regret not reading the very many negative reviews before booking - they are all right. Avoid!!

THEY ARE THE WORST AGENCY. They refuse refunds, don’t send the confirmation or rental request to the company that you booked a rental for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

DO NOT USE. In the past I have had good experience booking with these thieves. By good I mean, I actually received a car I booked. My most recent booking was a very bad experience. First, I was unable to make a modification to my booking after realizing the booking was made for 1 day too long. No option to cancel, no option to modify. Red flag. When we arrived to pick up our ~2 week rental at the Munich airport the rental company could not find our reservation. After digging through their portal they found that EconomyBookings cancelled our reservation that same day and marked us as no shows. We were clearly there on the day of the reservation to pick up the car. For two weeks! We called directly to a large number of their offices (I believe they all forward to Latvia anyway); noone picked up the phone, oddly, we had different automated menu options when we dialed the same number (it took a LONG time to get through costing us additional money calling internationally from the airport). When we finally got through to a human we were reinforced the message we are no shows and that our reservation is cancelled. No refund, no option to fix, just took our money and left us stranded. DO NOT USE these thieves.

Complete scam. purchased insurance through them, then got to the rental place where they tried to take a $14,000 hold on my CC or i had to buy their overpriced insurance. Complete scam, avoid them at all costs.

Very very bad. Unsatisfied at all. I arrived to the car rental after long flight and they didn’t give me the car and they cancel my reservation. I communicated with them for more than 21 days and more than 30 emails to get the refund. They refuse to give me the refund even though I didn’t get the car

Do not book!!! Got to car place and charging me 10x I already paid in booking. They claim I only paid booking fee which is ridiculous and not even come up while I. Booking... End up not getting the car and got stressed our family vacation. Just want refund and don't know where to complain. If anybody point me where to file complaints please I'll sign up for it.

No way to contact them. They have a stupid chatbot which bringd you nowhere. No possibility to send emails not phone nmbr. It takes horrible long time to get answers from them via extranet. Stay away from this company!!!

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from those guys. I booked a car through them and when I showed up on the same day as agreed at the car rental company they hired the company said I only had 2 hours from noon, mind you there’s nothing on economy bookings contract mentioning 2 hours because I would have never agreed to it. I even send the rental company and email earlier in the day letting them know Iwas coming. At the point Pricecarz, which is a local very small rental company tried to hike my price prom 780.04 euros to 1720 euros. Your standard bait and switch. So now, we just arrived in a new town and were without a rental car because of their shenanigans. Don’t put yourself in that situation and just stay away from those guys.

Terrible company! My flight was changed to a different airport in the same city. I called Economy Bookings to change the pickup airport and they said they could not change my booking as it was within 48 hours of the pickup time. I called the company that they used for the car rental and was told they could easily change it to the other pickup location but economy bookings needed to call and make the change. I called economy bookings again and requested they call Europe car to change the location and they refused. They just kept saying they would make no changes within 48 hours of the pickup time. The customer service rep was very rude and said it wasn't their problem that my flight was changed. They just kept my $503 and I had to book with Europe car directly. This company make their profit from keeping your money and customer service is a joke.

Scammers. They dont send you a email where and how to pick-up the car. You get 1 email with 1 button and when you click on it your credit card got charger for extra insurance. You wont get your money back. Even when you call just after you clicked the button. You lost your money!!!

Please for everyone, be advised that this company is stealing to customers. Don’t rent from this company and add car, which are the car rental company that works with them. My husband is a lawyer and we’ll sue them. Is not a money matter, it’s just the fact that they are playing with the necessity of the people. We saw all the customers complaining the day we were there, and they didn’t have the car we rented and they are not giving us our money back. Please don’t do business with this scoundrels

Worst company ever!! I made an reservation by my name but they didn't ask for driver information. It was only for payment and reservation. My driver license get lost in the airport and I told them this. Also show an official paper from my country government that I have a license but it is stolen/lost. They didn't help us to change the reservation by my friends license. I had all the documents that show it was me so there were no conflict with my identity control. We called costumer services for help for approximately 2 hours but no one answered. They didn't give us the car and they didn't pay our money back which we payed all the money from the beginning.

I arrived to collect the car on time with all necessary documents (voucher, driving license, passport, ID) and three credit cards under my name, each with the required 2000 Euros deposit funds. The issue arose because my cards are in Turkish currency, while the company demanded the deposit in Euros. Turkish banks do not provide credit cards in Euros, making it impossible for anyone in Turkey to rent from this company. Although my cards work abroad and convert transactions automatically to Turkish Lira, this company insisted on Euros only, which would also affect US customers. I offered to pay in USD cash, but they refused. Additionally, my voucher stated no extra deposits were required, so the 2000 Euros deposit was unexpected, especially for a 70 USD rental for four days. Despite agreeing to the deposit as a security measure, the issue remained the currency and payment method. Ultimately, I lost 70 USD as they refused to refund, despite their support team initially agreeing with me over the phone and instructing me to email for a refund. They replied: "Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund on this occasion. When you completed the reservation, you confirmed that you read, understood, and agreed to the Cancellation and Non-refundable Policy. Therefore, you accepted the transaction, made the reservation, and received confirmation. Kindest regards."

INSURANCE SCAM | DO NOT BOOK 1. Attractive prices 2. Onsite scam where they demand you contract an insurance that is 5x the price of the rental, else they keep the car Their scamming strategy goes: 1. Onsite, they rely on the fact that you are abroad, after a long flight, and you anyways NEED the car 2. The onsite complicit "rental car" companies tell you to complain to EconomyBookings cuz it's not their responsibility 3. On the phone, EconomyBookings says it is the rental car company's own terms, not theirs (NOT advertised anywhere) Typical Russian hack.
