Hi I spoke to a oivley lady by the name of Danielle who was very polite and helpfull and at the moment I have no problems with EDF like the other companies

I spoke to Danielle in regard of a flat we own and who h is/ was rented.. .Danielle gave me all the info needed and she did it with professionalism and kindness

Rachel was very thorough throughout the whole complaint procedure. I was very annoyed that the same fault had occurred for a second time and that without me being very vigilant it would have cost me a considerable amount of money. She dealt with it very professionally, kept me updated on progress and gave me a detailed explanation at the end as to what went wrong and how it had now been fixed permanently. Full marks to Rachel for her handling of my complaint.

I spoke to Lisa Walsh this afternoon about a query with my bill. She was friendly, extremely helpful and professional. She was able to put my mind at rest. Her Customer Service was excellent and she is a huge asset to EDF. Thank you Lisa.

The operator was very helpful and explained what had happened Although no problems with the operator was disappointed in EDF as a company it to pick up on this particular problem They are the ones who wanted to change our smart meters which left thinking we were much more in credit than we thought

EDF made me happy by giving me free electricity on Sundays! They challenged me to save at peak times during the week (which was easy) and then rewarded me with free energy on Sundays. Any saving is a win win in today’s energy climate. I’m a happy customer!

Spoke to an amazing member of staff Alison so courteous and professional a credit to EDF she restored my faith in human nature costs nothing to be kind but kindness is priceless thankyou from a very grateful 81 year old widow !!

I have been with EDF for a number of years now I got through to a delightful female EDF Telephone employee She was amazing at a time in my life when I feel very vulnerable (loss of husband of 42 years in January) This lovely person helped me change my tarrif without charge to a much more affordable one when I had been locked in to a less affordable one before the government dropped the prices She was patient and very empathetic so thank you EDF for providing a fantastic service Grateful on every level

Awful customer services.. Had an issue with the in home display which does not link with gas meter.. In home display flashing red battery… sealed unit, they told me to change the battery or buy a new in home display which they even said would not be compatible with the old meter… well EDF installed this.. I was fuming being messed around and fobbed off!! Switched to octopus and wow what a comparison, they are very helpful, obliging and friendly and efficient.. The bills from EDF were too high, I was £2,000 in credit and they took the whole lot… I am ripped off totally, that’s my money that I have worked so hard for and I’m struggling on top of everything.. Disgusting attitude to their customers and I dare say they look after their shareholders! People will leave in droves and damn good too, shocking behaviour and no loyalty.

Karen in tocomplaints dealt with my complaint so quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction. She has been amazing throughout and has gone above and beyond to help me. EDF should be proud to have someone like her on their team. I am just so very grateful for all of her help. Amazing customer experience.
