Clare was so friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and eat during our stay. The apartment is fabulously central and easy to find, we were driving and we are notorious for getting ourselves lost!! The apartment is spotlessly clean and well provisioned - it's a gem. When we return to Edinburgh to do all the things we didn't have time to do on our visit, we shall be seeing if this apartment is available again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the flat. The rooms are very spacious and bright all with windows overlooking a lovely garden. Value for money and every thing in good working order. Very much recomended.

This flat was perfectly located for exploring Edinburgh. Situated in the trendy new town with several pubs along Rose Street it was only a 10 min walk to all major attarctions in the old town and a 25 min walk to the Royal Botanic Gardens. The flat itself was extremely comfortable, finished to a very high standard with everything you would possibly need including fresh milk in the fridge! The owner is very kind and helpful and quick to reply to emails. This flat was worth every penny and more!

This apartment absolutely made my stay in Edinburgh. The location is brilliant (close to the boutiques and cafes of stockbridge but in walking distance of the centre) and the apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and spotless. The living room is huge, fantastically comfortable and contains everything you require to make your stay enjoyable. We honestly didn't want to explore Edinburgh once we realised what a lovely place we were staying in! Other brilliant points were the warm welcome we received on arrival (including a welcome pack of breakfast treats and shortbread, and copious amounts of local info) and the absolutely HUGE bath tub. I could go on and on but I won't. I'd definitely stay here again.

I Stayed in this flat with 4 friends in August, we found the flat to be in an excellent location, only 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. The flat was very well equipped and was an excellent rental, the owner was in easy contact before the rental and was willing to answer many questions. This comes highly recommended and would definitely be booked again for future stays in Edinburgh.

We enjoyed our stay at the wonderfully situates flat. Rose street is very busy but there was no outside noise because of the double glasing. However there were some disturbances from the flat upstairs. We were short of wine glasses but after contacting central office, they were delivered quickly. We would recommend the apartment.

We really had a very nice stay in this apartment! The furniture is modern and high class, you have a great view over the Meadows and the location is perfect to explore Edinburgh by foot. There is also a nice little café and a supermarket just infront of the door. You really have everything you need! Wish we were there a little longer : ) Kind regard!

good location (just 3 bus stops from the burg) relatively quiet, walking distance to Leith walkway, botanic garden, national gallery, museum of modern art etc. technically quite modern equipped, bath is a bit narrow but ok, Computer access is great. Thanks. We liked it a lot!

We have stayed here twice now and each time recieved a really warm welcome. The flat is always very clean and there's everything you need to be totally self sufficient if you wish although the pub round the corner is very friendly and has great food! The location is ideal, close to the city centre but away from late night noise. Highly recommended.

Excellent, nice and clean and what you expect when walking in. Nice area morningside with plenty of shops & buses to town only a few minutes away or walk 15 mins. Though was looking for a two bedroom it was in the middle of the festival which is hard to come by if booking last minute but the owner of the property was very helpful in giving us a made up bed for our little 5 year old. price was very good not over the top for the time of year so made our few days in Edinburgh affordable, special for a young family.Recommended as value for money and the famous Cannymann Pub just around the courner.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this apartment! It was perfectly located, a very short walk to the very centre of the city, but nicely outside for some peace and quiet. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The pictures on the website definitely did not do it justice! I would highly recommend it.

On arrival we were greated by a wonderful lady who showed us around and informed us of everything we needed to know about the flat and the city. The great proximity of Sainsburys to the flat meant stocking up on essentials and food was a breeze! The flat is also very close to an entrance to Holyrood Park which leads to Arthur's Seat, the Parliament and to the Royal Mile - on which there is a Starbucks (a big bonus for me!!) The flat itself is great. It is clean and is supplied with the basics i.e. toilet roll, kitchen paper, washing powder, fairy liquid etc. We did run out of some things but this was no bother as a quick trip to Sainsburys meant we could re-stock. We found the free wi-fi connection and the washing machine/dryer invaluable services. The only thing to watch out for is the mechanism behind the main bathroom sink - it does not work properly. We had to drain the sink out with kitchen paper and towels. This meant the four of us had to use the sink in the en-suite. This problem was noted to whom it may concern when we left so hopefully this will have been sorted. Nevertheless, an amazing flat and when we return to Edinburgh next time, we will definitely return to this flat. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

I rented this flat for two nights at the end of may. I stayed with 5 freinds and found we had plenty of space. The flat had everything you need for a great trip away and the landlord (Glyn) was very helpful. on our arrival. Edinburgh is now my favourite city in the uk and this is due largly to the great location and homely feeling the flat gave us. The flat is a stones throw from the castle and a five minute(ish) walk from main bars and shops. Cant wait to go back.

This flat was located on top of the royal mile, so the location could not be better! The flat had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. Although the flat was small (just one double bed and a small sofa bed)there was enough room for 3 people to share. Overall we were really pleased and would definately stay there again.

Lovely rooftop apartment on the third floor of an elegant Edinburgh mansion. Clean and well appointed, with comfortable furniture, beds and convenient kitchen appliances, and excellent heating and hot water. Our 4 year old son loved it, as did we. The owner, Brian, was always on hand when we needed him, extremely helpful and kind. The night we arrived, he'd prepared a welcome basket of goodies which were much appreciated! The location is great - within walking distance to the centre of town, use of a communal city garden with a park for kids, near the beautiful Botanics (great for anyone), Stockbridge shops and a Waitrose supermarket, and bus routes. Unusually, it also had free parking which was a big plus for us. It has a cosy comfortable feel and is a home away from home - we'd definitely go back again.

Lovely place to stay, well situated near shops, pubs & takeaways all within a few minutes walk. Rosemary was very helpful with recommending places to visit & the bus service was very good into the city too. Would definitely stay there again as Edinburgh has so much to see.
