Should consider have a one time delivery fees, instead of different shipping fees if wanted to buy few items at one go.

This platform is great with wide varieties of items. However, option to sign up using singpass is a big NO.

I was skeptical about the website initially and thought it was a scam - but when the products arrived i was quite impressed. Delivery was faster than expected but i have to highlight delivery and product costs are higher than market rates.

Hey Logan, Our team's experience with Eezee has been a positive one. Although there were some hiccups along the way, your support team manage to resolve them eventually! The only issue we ran into was the change of prices in your listing after the order went through, also double listings on the website were pretty confusing to navigate.s Previously our company engaged Eezee during the ideation stage of our company, we were known as HREF previously but Navdeck now. We also reached out to gather your feedback but were unsuccessful after multiple tries. Receive the email subject with the Invoice but the attachment turns out to be an order confirmation. Please refer to attached image. Improvement can be done for PO202112456 as this delivery took the longest time.

I am giving a Good; rather than Very Good because I was a little annoyed with the auto email push mails I am receiving. However, I feedback to Jolene and she quickly deactive it for me. Thumbs up for Jolene Tay's service. She is patient and friendly and go some extra miles to help me with some last minute requests. Thank you!

Generally an easy site to search for and purchase products. Shipping time was reasonable though being local could be quicker. Categorising of products on the site had some errors but search function did work and found the right items.

Hi Logan, Good day to you. Overall performance is good. But I have few point need to highlight is :- Wrong Price quoted when during delivery pickup then only call for price revised. OTD delay. Delivery man do not have proper DO and communication breakdown. Especially those bulky items. Our site do not have any lifting equipment for carrying the goods. Some unique request need long time for quote. Hope your team can continue to provide better service. Thanks, Kim

Had an order in early May, with promised delivery by the end of June. Had some issues with the delivery since the entirety of the goods only came in end July. Quite a long lead time but given the global situation, could understand the constraints faced. Overall, Eezee had good B2B products suitable for my business' use.
