already good but still need improve for original delivery order from Eeezee not from Eeezee vendor when send the good to us.

The item was as ordered, but in an opened box. The seller could have indicated as much. It's in fully working order, however.

Goods well received with proper sealed packaging. Delivery was late 1 day compared to the confirmation note and no notification was shared on this even in confirmation note stated a details will shared once the goods are on delivery. Overall all is okay.

All is fine except for the shipping info once item has been shipped out. Did not get that shipping info and delievery was at my gate. Please review SOP.

There is a "invoice" button in your website for the product that I have purchased but it is not working now . Your "invoice" button should work in such a way when I click it, I can download a copy of invoice, or the invoice can be sent to me. As per now, I always need to send a request to your customer service for invoice. B2B always need invoice.

Products fit as stated and looks good. But delivery is a bit too long, as it's about over a week including weekend. Overall still okay as my products are not needed in a rush.

It has been noted that some of the items we have been ordering from the past have been removed from your catalogue, when we request for repeat order, either the stock not available or no longer carry the same items, but we will be apprecaite if Eezee can find alternatives products that can match with our previous orders so as to prevent any delay in our order, and good to have a quick response too.
