The delivery time and the item is not damaged just its own packaging . It just there’s no protection on the rim of paper nevertheless all okay.

Serive was good even if one product was cancelled, it was difficult to get a reviewed/updated invoice (we called 3 times and sent a few emails)

Generally, it's a very user-friendly platform with a wide array of products. There are not many concerns aside from 1) many a time once PO is issued, the supplier is unable to fulfill either the quantity or at times the product itself. Sometimes the lead time for the item can take weeks & it is only brought to our attention when the PO has been issued. It could have been indicated when we were selecting the products instead. 2) Pricing for some products can be a bit high as compared to other platforms as well.

1. Hope to have stocks leadtime/availability mentioned prior to PO, have items that required 2-3 months of lead time, which would be too late as PO has been issued. 2. Hope to have accurate delivery date, will be imposing on courier service as well as ourselves when courier appears on a random date and time, had to wait or had to find a way to contact us, when we may be occupied as we did not prepare ourselves to receive anything on that day.

This platform is great with wide varieties of items. However, option to sign up using singpass is a big NO.

I was skeptical about the website initially and thought it was a scam - but when the products arrived i was quite impressed. Delivery was faster than expected but i have to highlight delivery and product costs are higher than market rates.

Hey Logan, Our team's experience with Eezee has been a positive one. Although there were some hiccups along the way, your support team manage to resolve them eventually! The only issue we ran into was the change of prices in your listing after the order went through, also double listings on the website were pretty confusing to navigate.s Previously our company engaged Eezee during the ideation stage of our company, we were known as HREF previously but Navdeck now.
