Hi, for PSA store delivery, all packaging should have a sticker label of PO number, buyer and delivery notes. this is for ease and correct item dispatch in PSA. Best regards, Victor Tan

Order was received quite late. According to eezee customer support, the part was already dispatched to delivery company but was held there for almost more than a week. Perhaps, eezee should monitor closely upon dispatching the parts and ensure it is received on time for customer. PS - Part was just 1 pc of heater switch

The stock always not available as seen in website. Need to cancel PO or wait very long for the ETA. Also after check stock availability and confirm, there is still no stock after order.

Service was up to expectations but the delivery charge was exhorbitant, in my opinion. My $40+ order ended up with a $30+ delivery fee. The delivery was only reflected at the payment page.

I was shocked to be charged $8 for transportation when I ordered 4 packs of toilet paper. The combined price for the rolls was about that at supermarkets. So where are the savings from online purchases many people talk about? Moreover this was added only at check out! I call this dishonest. Needless to say, I don't think I'll do business with your online site unless you're the only one carrying what I really need.

Estimated delivery date is not accurate. Courier would have missed the delivery if he came during working hours since nobody is at home.

hi, I find when I want to source new items or ask questions to your staff, the feedback is very slow. Sometimes when I raise purchases for existing items, end up no stock available and required to cancel order, this is very disruptive to my side.

The most obvious need would be for buyers to be able to track their orders rather then calling in the hotline . A “self collect” option would also be useful . /)

The EEZEE e-commerce platform is easy to use. The products are relatively comprehensive as well. The aftersales response from EEZEE customer service is prompt. From our recent purchase experience, the support from the suppliers needs to be better. We didn't receive a delivery date until 3 days after we have made the payment, and the goods took 8 days to arrive despite our requests for quicker delivery. The online product description must have more details to avoid aftersales disputes. I bought tin cans that rusted 1 day after filling them with water. If it is made known that the cans aren't suitable for holding water or liquid or used in a high humidity environment (as claimed by the supplier after we made known the defects), we would have chosen another product.

We were advised to expect delivery on 22 October 2021, however, we receive the item on 10 November 2021. Reason for delay was the Eezee representative assigned to our order resigned.

First of all, I would like to extend my appreciation to Eezee team on having improvements along with our feedback and issues encountered on the past months. Eezee has been trying to cope up with SJI's Ways of Working and we do hope that this continue, if not, better. We have been guiding our Requisitioners to push their generic consumables specially Lab items to Eezee and we do hope that Eezee would be able to adapt as well on the criticality and urgency of some of the requests as Lab items are critical to a Chemical Plant. This will be a win-win situation in terms of good flow of revenue stream to Eezee and continuous business operations to Shell. Do connect with Shell team in case of any support required. Thanks!

This is my 2nd purchase from Eezee and I'm happy to buy a non-brand ballpoint pen. Hope they'll carry different ballpoint pen brands in the future - I am a Biro/ballpoint pen fanatic! Have a box of A4 paper of them! My only pet peeve is that the BIC ballpoint pen aren't the original designed ones, like the ones I got from EU online. Hope they'll sell the original BIC, cause the ones I got looked to be from made in Korea or somewhere else.

My experience with request for quotation is always very slow. I have difficulties of contacting your customer service agents. Your switchboard is always on recording and even when I dial the extension I wanted, it either no answer or gets cut off even before getting connected. Its very frustrating when i have urgent request to purchase an item which involves requesting for quotations to issuing a PO to get the item. There should be a direct line to the person i wish to speak to since i have already had a couple of purchases with your company.

There are area which Eezee can improve and reference from other similar E-commence platform like Lazada, Taobao, Shopee or Amazon. I have notice that item listed in Eezee might not be available after user has issue a purchase order. Vendor will feedback that item has stock out or discontinue. This is rarely encounter in other platform, but it commonly in Eezee. This create a lot of issue on the buyer as they need to seek approval from higher management to cancel purchase order. If Eezee has a feature like Taobao which user can send their shopping cart list to another user for final payment. As currently each department has 1-2 purchaser. User will browse through Eezee and copy individual item link, thereafter send all the item link and indicate the quantity to purchaser. This greatly reduce purchaser job as they handle more than 5-7 user's order to be place on Eezee. It will create a better user experience as they do not need to copy multiple link for each item and inform purchaser through email.
