1) after Po is submitted, it took very long for the delivery. Speed up the delivery is necessary 2) PO sent and staff said do not have. then I have to give the date of the email, then she found it. If not, the order is like no one handling.

I like the exchange service for the sizes I need to change was taken last week .but till today I still don't know when I will receive my exchange .

Easy to use, good range but time to ship is very long. No response to my query for an update on shipping, other than the auto reply that said a reply would be forthcoming within 24 hours.

I actually do have feedback based on my previous purchase. After making payment, I noticed that there was no indication of expected delivery time for the item. There was no information under the “track delivery” tab either. I actually had to call Eezee via phone to enquire about expected delivery time. I think that if your company could give buyers an estimate of the lead time for each item, that would be very helpful. It would be even more helpful if the lead time could be made known to buyers before payment. This is because certain purchases, such as the one I made previously on Eezee, are time sensitive. Apart from that, I found the interface on your platform to be simple and easy to use.
