I had ordered flowers for my grandmother from my grandad I paid the extra for the luxury bouquet, they are not worth £1 in my opinion, I am actually embarrassed that my gran received these, white roses but they are all black and brown it's a disgrace.

I ordered the Moonlight bouquet for my 16 yr old niece under going auto immune disease treatment. Delivery was fast, but flowers were dead within 2 days, already wilting on arrival, NOT impressed at all The bouquet in the picture that I choose, was not at all what she got. I'm very disappointed for her, flowers were supposed to cheer her up, as she's going through a terribly gruelling treatment

Yeah. Don't bother. I bought a bouquet from them; I'm so glad I didn't send these straight to the intended recipient because the quality is appalling. Among the two dozen or so heads ordered, seven or eight were dead on arrival.

False advertisement!! You do not get what you choose from the webpage!! Total waste of money!!! Majority of the bouquet was green no hardly any flowers like the picture online!! No help from customer service! Do not use this service!!

DO NOT USE EFLORIST!! Spent £37.50 on a hand tied arrangement. Arrived same day but all the roses were bruised and looked tatty. Took photos and sent to eflorist. Their reply was they looked fine to them and it was "normal for the outer petals to be bruised to protect the inner petals!!" and wd not replace or refund. Have nade sure my large UK Bank never use them again. Their loss now.

Having looked around and at the reviews for eflorist i decided to order a Marie Curie bouquet for my Aunty as a thank you for helping us look after my ill mother. I ordered a next day delivery. the next day nothing arrived. Instead I got an email the day after that to say the florists couldn't find the house. Seeing as though I gave all the address and in this day and age there's google maps, and their local I don't know why they couldn't find it. Anyway, I get an email asking me to phone their customer care number and give the recipients phone number so they can ring ahead. Fine, however, the customer care girl was extremely rude, she sighed when I didn't have my customer ID to hand. And I had to repeat the phone number 4 times and get her to read it back as she seemed incapable of that simple task. ( This was literally a "computer says no" situation. She had a bad attitude and didn't really want to help. There's no way of seeing or tracking the florists, or even contacting them either. Very frustrating and so I wait to see if my £40 bouquet gets there. I won't be using this company again.

I ordered three roses surrounded by a big red heart in a black vase with very little greenery, it looked stunning on the website. What was delivered was the three red roses surrounded by load of leaves with a small red heart in a clear glass vase. It looked so drab and normal compared to their website. I contacted the firm and their response was that their florists may substitute some of the components even the flowers if they are not available. So be warned you think you are ordering something specific for your loved ones.... you never know what you will get. So very disappointed not only with what was supplied but the response form the company. I have never had this issue with other companies.

I ordered a bouquet and chocolates as a surprise for my wife on her Birthday as I was working an early shift. At half past one when I got home the flowers had still not been delivered. I checked the tracking for Yodel and they were out for delivery at 0830 this morning and as i live only 2 miles from the depot I am extremely angry they have not yet been delivered. I will not buy from eflorist again and will ensure I let friends and family know about the poor service I have received.

I ordered Pink Lady bouquet and paid extra for larger bouquet...looked more like a bunch of flowers. Did not resemble the picture on the website. Quality of flowers was good...but quantity very disappointing especially as this was a Thank you gift not the impact I wanted. Will be using Marks & Spencer's in future.

Ordered flowers for a birthday gift couldn't get the same day delivery so excepted the next day delivery, was emailed to say couldn't have the flowers I had ordered so agreed to having others, was told they would include a free vase. The flowers arrived minus the vase and of poor quality, I'm still waiting for a reply to the emails with the pictures this company asked for. Customer service is totally ridiculous I will never use this company again!

Had to chase delivery. E florist said florist had markef delivery as delivered. Flowers nothing like what ordered. Loads of greenery. Customer services just expect you to accept. Will not use again

I have read the reviews and i wish i had seen them before using e-florist. The display was not like the advertised item, the contemporary bucket was substituted with a tacky alternative and their reply was.....As with all the other reviews....it is acceptable and they are doing nothing about it. Never again, use Seranata, they have never let me down.

I recieved a bouquet from eflorist that were mostly brown and looked half dead! I have emailed them 3 times and they still have not responded. Im very disgusted!

Flowers ordered for a friend to help deal with a difficult weekend. Eflorist.co.uk offered the delivery date, took the order and payment. I waited to hear from my friend that a surprise delivery had been received. Nothing. Only to hear from eflorist at the end of the afternoon that they'd been unable to make the delivery. What a let down. Yes, an upgraded delivery at a later date was offered but that was meaningless - what was needed was delivery on the date requested and as agreed, so important for this type of service. Will not use again.

Terrible!!! Will never use again!!! Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was e-mailed at 13.15 on the sunday saying they won't be delivering asked for a full refund and was told it will be 3-5 days and I'm now on day 7 and still no sign of it ive messaged them but had no reply ..Would avoid these guys!!!

Ordered a basket arrangement to be delivered to my sister in birmingham. However what she received wasn't in a basket! Very small .... Rip off! Disappointed as I have used eflorist 3 times now. Will definitely not use them again.

Recieved flowers for valentines. Was Not a local company. As promised on web site,came from England and I live in Scotland. My flowers were dispatched yesterday very mediocre not the best for the price.Also when I opened the address there was another name and address underneath so it was going some where else first . Reading the reviews it might be one that never turned up lucky you. My husband though he was ordering local. Be ware it's not .

Ordered flowers for my daughter in laws birthday, they were delivered on time, l visited a couple of days later, the flowers were not fresh and the bouquet did not resemble the picture on the web at all. When l complained the reason given for the poor quality was that the florist that received the order did not have the correct flowers in stock so had substituted with what they had in stock, l suggest that the next time they substitute they ensure they use fresh flowers, area the flowers went to was Southampton. I have seen fresher flowers in a leading fuel garage. I rest my case.

Their customer service is dismal. Back to interflora, only tried eflorist to save a few quids but wastes that in phone calls to no avail. They dont reply.
