“I decided to order a further cushion filler as satisfied with previous one. My only slight gripe is that after authorising a Paypal payment a screen comes up that looks like a receipt. 'Confirm Order' was off the bottom of the screen on this occasion and I failed to click it. I had to go through the process again today when my order didn't arrive as expected.”

“Excellent usability on the main site - love the function that lets you design and calculate the foam shape you need - could do with more clarity re add ons, and type of foam selected. Overall, there's quite a lot of variants that the site has to cope with, and it does that pretty well.”
