“This is my second order of foam from eFoam as I was very impressed with my last bespoke order of superior firm foam with 2 inch memory foam top. I’m making bespoke dog beds and find their foam quality fabulous, their cutting beautifully executed and delivery/shipping was spot on, dare I say, faster than expected and it was securely wrapped in very sturdy plastic (not ideal for the environment I know but thus order is too big for cardboard boxes. I also had to change the order slightly (adding to it) and the staff in the phone were so friendly and helpful. Why have I deducted a star then...? It’s because I’m not really happy with the quality of stockinette used. There are a few tears in straight out the pack (probably from handling in transport) and it’s very stretchy (understandably) but not very durable. I can’t see it having much life span. I have order foam item elsewhere and had much stronger (though a bit less stretchy) stocking covers. But I’m a returning customer so it can’t be too bad I guess. I certainly rate the company and the products very highly overall”
