“Ordered a watch from this site because the price was very competitive, paid extra for delivery in a hope to get it ASAP. Received DHL tracking number the next day. Two weeks later status on DHL was still "Shipment information received", never updated. Wrote to their support, opened request to cancel the order - never heard back. At the end escalated to Paypal, still waiting for refund.”

“Bought a. Canon speedlite flashgun. Was slightly concerned due to mixed reviews about company but decided to take the chance. Item arrived in about a week. Very happy with service and excellent price.”

“The phone that I ordered 17 weeks ago failed to arrive, and despite dozens of emails etc, they haven't given me a refund. I'm still waiting, but I admit that I've given up hope that I'll get my money back. NO ONE SHOULD USE EGLOBAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!”

“I had a specific digital camera in mind that I wanted to buy. This website had the cheapest price of all I found, plus they emailed me a 5% discount code, so it turned out to be even better value. Also had free shipping. Very happy :)”

“I have bought Apple Watch 20% cheaper and delivery was free of charge too. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. However, the item arrived after two weeks time, so I have to wait for little longer what I wasn't expecting. The tracking system and overall buying experience through their website is absolutely wonderful.”
