“I made an order on the 8th October 2018 and received an email confirming the order. Since then, I've not received a thing. (now the 17th October 2017). I've also sent 4 emails to them asking for an update and received nothing back. Even if the phone I ordered turns up, the companies customer service is shocking.
If you're happy to wait a long time for delivery then it's worth it but they could at least give you the courtesy of informing you about the status of your order.”
“Do not buy from here. I was sent a camera that was faulty on arrival (DOA). Instead of replacing or refunding me they fixed the lens and sent it back. It went faulty again 3 months later. I sent it off for repair for them to say the warranty is void due to sand present!! Even though it was the same fault and they should have given me a refund!! Con artists at the highest level!!

“We ordered a Nintendo Switch from this retailer on 17th September 2018 and paid £244.00 for it through PayPal. It was promised in 4-6 working days. Today's date as I write this is 13th October 2018. We still do not have it.
The so-called 'tracking' number appears quite fake. It doesn't present any geo-physical location of where your order is actually at. Every 24 hours it updates and you will see some random message like, "Shipment further connected." or "In transit", just vague messages you access with your provided tracking number on their website.
Worryingly, the company does not respond to any communication despite repeated attempts. We've tried every day for the last two weeks. It seems they are based in Hong Kong, but maybe a very small outfit. From reading other's experiences here, it seems very touch and go if you get your item or not. We will never buy from a company in Hong Kong again after this experience.
Raised a dispute in PayPal to try and get our money back. Good luck if you want to try them.”

Was supposedly being sent by express delivery, but has still not arrived.
I received an email from them on the 26th September saying that it had been shipped. Today, the online tracker is saying that the shipment is delayed. Also, the Company are no longer responding to my emails.

“This was my second purchase and I had bought Xiaomi max 3. My first purchase experience was good as I received the phone within 7 days. However, there was a problem with a delivery time with second time as it took a lot longer than it was mentioned when you initially purchase. Customer services are poor. I have emailed so many times to the email provided on website but it was only a one response. Yodel was the one who was delivering the item but they had told me initially that they have not received actual phone just paper work they had from eglobal and again eglobal never responded my emails. However, after 2 weeks I received the phone. Phone is brilliant and it was the same case with the first one. Their products are good and i have good experience so far but customer services are poor. I would recommend to use paypal for payments.”
