I had a specific digital camera in mind that I wanted to buy. This website had the cheapest price of all I found, plus they emailed me a 5% discount code, so it turned out to be even better value. Also had free shipping. Very happy :)

I have bought Apple Watch 20% cheaper and delivery was free of charge too. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. However, the item arrived after two weeks time, so I have to wait for little longer what I wasn't expecting. The tracking system and overall buying experience through their website is absolutely wonderful.

My husband and I have been on the search for a Nintendo Switch since the beginning of the COVID lockdowns in the U.S. Since they've been sold out everywhere, when I saw they had one available, I jumped on it before doing any research or reading any reviews. It was only after I realized my items would be coming from China that I started to get nervous. I researched, read a TON of negative reviews and was really concerned my package would take months to arrive or just never show up. I placed my order on a Saturday night, received confirmation via email immediately, got confirmation from FedEx that it shipped on Tuesday. Today is Friday and it arrived! It is in perfect condition and works great! The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because I believed this was a store located in the U.S. as the website itself does say "EGlobal Central U.S." and the power cord they sent does not work for U.S. outlets but they did provide an adapter. Not sure if I just got really luck but I had an excellent experience purchasing from them.

I ordered from eglobal at the beginning of May. Paid 480€ visa without insurance shipping for a One Plus 7T phone. I received confirmation of my purchase and was told it would take 2-3 days before I received a tracking number. I got curious and searched for reviews and came across this page with hundreds of bad bad reviews and I panicked!! Rather than keep stressing I emailed them for some reassurance and I got no reply. 3days later I got a tracking number and every 24hrs it was updated "in transit" etc. This happened for 8 days where I got a DPD tracking number saying it was in Holland. 4 days after that I received my phone in perfect order. I think people are freaking out because OBVIOUSLY Covod 19 has shut most things down and for this company to ship to Europe (Ireland in my case) it's going to take longer! Having a poor customer service and dodgy websight is a price we pay for cheap goods from them! My advice would be chill out, expect it to take a month, and purchase away! I'm glad I did and it's my first time buying anything from them. Cheapest version of this phone by a long way and it's perfect! Stop complaining everybody 😅 I deductded a star for the no reply and delay but I'll be purchasing from them again in the future.

Hi all , I’ve read all the reviews for eglobal and I was sincerely surprised. I have made two orders from them around 1 year and 1.5 year ago to Ireland . It was an Samsung Galaxy s7 and IPhone 8 Plus , they all came ok , shipping was in around 3 weeks . Every time when I send them a message to get an update for my orders or to ask something I got the respond , it is true that they answered in few days because we have different time zone . About the phones they are still working well , seemed to be original ones when I checked . Maybe at the moment something has happened and there are problems with the shipping or communication , I hope you everyone will have a good outcome .

Not sure how to change old 1 star review to 4-stars. Communication was poor, but shipping was a reasonable 4 weeks (with lackluster tracking) and the well priced product arrived in new condition. Came with a WA-7 plug, but there are adapters for that.

Placed an order for a camera body. Was nervous when I did not receive a confirmation email. Sent to emails asking for confirmation. None received. 6 days after order. The camera body arrived. New, shutter count was 0. Not the best at communication, but prices are decent and they have quick delivery. Just need to be patient. Recommend using Paypal in case anything goes wrong.

I hadn't realised the Company was in Hong Kong until after I placed my order. I realised that with Covid 19 ongoing it would take longer than normal for my item to be delivered (a £500 drone). I had paid on Paypal & emailed EGlobal within 24 hours to request a cancellation & refund of the order. I was worried having read the other reviews! However I not only received a reply within 24 hours of my request but they also confirmed cancellation & applied a full refund. So I have had a good experience & would consider using them in the future. I would recommend always using Paypal or a credit card (not debit )UK just in case.

Received apple I pad air after 28 days. Brand new in sealed box. Only criticism they don’t reply to your emails. Was worried when I read reviews. But happy now, and £100 cheaper than anywhere else.

Phew! just received my orders (two phones) few minutes ago. It took approximately 6 working days as expected. Trust me my hand was in my mouth all through cos of all the reviews I have reading on here. I was tracking my orders right from day 1 (I think 3 or 4 couriers were involved). Anyways, Yodel delivered and I can say my phones was intact, packaging was neat and they work fine. My advice: If you want to take risk and exercise patience at the same time u can buy from them. will I buy from them again after all the panic, 70% sure. Mind u I didn't pay for insurance or express delivery. Was I lucky? not sure. Lastly, do not pay too much attention to what people say here, I advise you go with your guts.

Great price for the device I got. The only downside was I had to wait ages, and with all the bad reviews I got anxious. Costumer support were extremely vague on delivery time. After a month, got it. Original, working perfectly.

Fantastic prices, have picked up this years iPad as well as a new phone saving hundreds of pounds vs the high street prices. Customer service is a little slow if you have an issue hence 4 rather than 5 stars

Ordered an iPad Pro and Smart Watch. After 5 days emailed them to see where they were. Got an email back saying watch dispatched but iPad had gone out of stock. Asked for refund on iPad as couldn't give me a time when it would be back in stock. Refunded within 5 Days. Watch arrived in about 3 weeks. Noticed that their UK Site is now closed down.

This company is based in Hong Kong, which is not clear or apparent from their website. Their 'tracking updates' are pretty nonsensical and take several days to start. For example, here's mine: 82019-10-05 Shipment further connected. 72019-10-04 Your parcel will arrive shortly at the courier depot. 62019-10-03 Shipment is on its way to the local depot. 52019-10-02 Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility. 42019-10-01 Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly. 32019-09-30 Shipment is en-route to courier depot. 22019-09-29 In transit. 12019-09-28 The parcel has been picked by the courier; The parcel has left the courier's warehouse. After this diatribe I thought we'd never get the product (a DSLR Camera) and they were just winding the clock down. When, surprisingly, it actually turned up and everything was as ordered (no VAT or Customs to pay either which I was also nervous about). In this instance, they therefore did actually deliver. So, if you do buy from them, I would recommend that you only use a Credit Card, so that you are protected and be prepared for a bit of a saga. If it doesn't come, raise a dispute and pass this to your credit card company BEFORE the transaction goes through on your credit card. Will I be using them again? Well no, but it's not all bad...

Send genuine item as described but Global Version. However the delivery and dispatching time is very very very slow. you should have a long patience. They will dispatch the item mostly after 10 days and the then arrived to you after another 10 days. You will be very lucky if you get the item in a week after the purchase. 100% recommended but very very slow process. Thanks.

I've recently received the purchased brand new samsung A6+ black. Delivery was good and quick. I believed that the store is located in Australia, but mobile phone was shipped from Hong Kong. It did not have AU suitable charger (it has for the US socket) so the shop added adaptor. Next I noted that the phone does not have NFC. Then I checked description of the item on the web site - there is nothing mentioned about NFC. Although NFC is optional for A6+, its absence was disappointing. After having used it in a week, I noted no any issues, there were no any pre-installed applications that you can find in some geomarkets. To conclude, since I'd like the gadget that was established for AU, I am not sure that I'll buy anything else in this shop although the item is well working and software updates correctly. The shop did not provide full info about origin of the gadgets they are selling.
