Before buying from eGlobal you should ask yourself whether you're a patient person or someone of a nervous disposition. If the answer is no to either or both of those then here be dragons... Walk away and find your bargain elsewhere. I have a feeling that most of the (negative) reviews on here are from generally impatient people who gave up on the process before it finished. You have to understand that eGlobal is based in Hong Kong. They have a warehouse situated in the UK, but the company is not here. So contact can seem frustratingly limited. When you contact the company, do it through their support email, do not try and open a support ticket because it will never get answered. If you contact them on a Friday, then don't expect a reply until Monday. Hong Kong time is 8 hours ahead. Purchase only via Paypal or credit card, so you can get your money back if you need to. Finally, do use the purchase insurance. I've read reviews of them not replacing lost uninsured items. eGlobal unfortunately use Yodel to deliver their parcels. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 on Black Friday after much researching of eGlobal and a little hand-wringing. I spoke to a couple of people who'd left eGlobal reviews on YouTube. They'd all gotten their stuff, so thought I might as well buy a new Tab S3 for the price it was being sold 2nd hand in most places I looked. So I waited. After a week and a bit I hadn't heard anything about the order, so sent an email enquiring the status. They told me that the Tab S3 had been really popular and they had no stock in their UK warehouse and would have to ship it to the UK. Thought to myself that this was fine... I was prepared for this. Plus it's probably the worst time of the year to make this order. A couple more weeks later I got an email giving me a Yodel tracking number and telling me that Yodel will sort it out in 1-2 working days. I wait 2 days and check the Yodel site. The status reads "Your parcel will soon be with us". I contact Yodel, who tell me they don't have the parcel yet, so send another email to eGlobal. I'm told not to worry and to be patient. Another week goes by and my order has been sitting in the same status on the Yodel page. Another email is sent. eGlobal apologise tell me that they are trying to advance my order and I should expect to see the status change soon. Another week goes by and no change or messages. Yodel are still saying they've not got my order. I'm at the edge of losing my rag by now and send 4 angry emails to them, but it's Friday and I have to wait for the weekend to pass before I get an answer. This leads to this morning when I wake to find a message from eGlobal saying that Yodel have my parcel. I check the page and whoopdeedoo! My parcel is finally at my local depot... Then out for delivery... Then bloody delivered!!! So yes, I have my Tab S3... It's bloody lovely and genuine (International model - Korean). Was very well packed with no signs of package tampering. All came good in the end and I'm happy... BUT it was a stressful few weeks. I made sure I knew what I was getting into before buying but still the experience really tested my normally super-patient self to the extreme. So yeah, buy from eGlobal but be very aware and use some common sense to avoid maximum stress. I made my order 26/11 and didn't get it until 31/12 but did order at the worst time! Wasn't sure how to star this so gave it a 3, but I'd give it a 3.5/5. Item was exactly as described and eGlobal always answered my messages. Happy shopping with eGlobal *crosses fingers hard* ;)

Genuine product but they can be more honest about the delivery time I ordered a Xiomi mi8 from eGlobal Central UK. The website mentioned 6-8 days of delivery time. However, even until the 20th day, I did not receive my phone. The message in the link they provided for tracking showed the same message each day that said something like "There is some issue and they are working with all parties to resolve it". I sent them a message but to no response. This made me doubt the genuineness of the company. Hence, I also reported to PayPal for the money back. Today I finally received my product. The phone seems great. The box was sealed. I checked the authenticity of the phone and it is a totally genuine product. I give eGlobal Central 3 stars for the good product and deduct 2 stars for the wrong information they have on their website about delivery time.

This was my second purchase and I had bought Xiaomi max 3. My first purchase experience was good as I received the phone within 7 days. However, there was a problem with a delivery time with second time as it took a lot longer than it was mentioned when you initially purchase. Customer services are poor. I have emailed so many times to the email provided on website but it was only a one response. Yodel was the one who was delivering the item but they had told me initially that they have not received actual phone just paper work they had from eglobal and again eglobal never responded my emails. However, after 2 weeks I received the phone. Phone is brilliant and it was the same case with the first one. Their products are good and i have good experience so far but customer services are poor. I would recommend to use paypal for payments.

I have purchased two tablets and two mobile phones off this company.Unfortunately the Samsung J7 2017 mobile I bought for my wife has developed a black smudge on the screen level with the on/off button. This phone was bought as a Christmas present for my wife, and after contacting eglobal they do not want to know, saying it has been damaged by us.Just to warn anyone contemplating purchasing an item off this company, you have no statutory rights and no guarantee should a fault arise.

After being really excited to buy a xiaomi phone I ordered it on dec 2 and said it would dispatch within 24 hours and up to 72 hours if it was not in stock. when I purchased it said it was in stock, however after waiting 7 days and seeing no tracking I inquired and they said it was not in stock and waiting on the supplier. After reading horrendous reviews about waiting over a month and possible receiving a phone with a imei number that is invalid for the actual manufacturers warranty ( like lots of people have stated ) or possibly receiving a phone that is not as described i wanted to cancel my order. ****If you read the cancellation policies in the fine print there is a link to say to fill out a support ticket to cancel the order-this link was broken when I tried to click it and after some time scrolling around and calling my bank I found the ticked submission box under their contact information. Here is the direct link below to fill out a ticket that I used and seemed to get a reply with https://www.eglobalcentral.com/en_US/contact-us apparently this is the only way you can cancel your order if it is still being processed. To their benefit they did provide me with a refund to my paypal account but -37$ of the total amount. I am unsure if some sort of refund fee paypal charged me? I was under the impression that paypal would refund the full amount and if that is the case then it appears as thought the seller has charged me for a restocking fee on an item they never even had in their possession to begin with. still its a small fee to pay I guess then being stuck with a phone that may not be what is stated in the description

I bought an android phone on 10th May .It took 25 days to be delivered. The instructions were in Bulgarian & the recharger/adapter was missing .I spent 5 weeks e-mailing until on 19t June it was agreed to send me the charger. As no receipt 3weeks later I asked to claim on the Insurance that I paid for. I was told the Insurance did not cover non delivery only covered breakage!!!All subsequent requests were ignored The charger was delivered on 1st Aug ie 83 day late ...Who has time for this frustration .????

I ordered a phone from them. I didn’t immediately realise that they actually operate from Hong Kong and don’t have a local presence. The site said it was in stock and delivery was in 4-6 working days so I was ok with that even after I realised there weren’t local. From my experience a few notes of warning. The website does not contain a contact number. They have text saying the phones are undergoing maintenance but I think it has been like that forever. There is also a link to submit a support ticket but the link is disabled and doesn’t do anything, 4 days after I ordered I sent an email as to shipping status. 6 days after I ordered I sent an email as to shipping status. 7 days after I ordered they send a response saying they were out of stock and I needed to wait until 11 days after my original order date. This is even though the product remained “in stock” on their website. 15 days after I ordered I sent an email as to shipping status. 16 days after I ordered I sent an email threatening to have my bank reverse the payment. 17 days after I told them I was starting the dispute process unless they promptly provided shipping information. They then cancelled the order and started the refund process. So from my experience: Don’t trust what they tell you in emails. I think they just stall and I guess hope they eventually get the item. You will only be able to contact them by email and then wait and hope they respond Their website is not accurate as far as stock status

Customer service very poor, never responded to emails, tracking information limited, so you never know where your package is. Only plus point, item eventually did arrive, but not without its frustrations. So only use if you have no time scales!

The Samsung A7 phone is fantastic, very nice and performs just like the descriptions of it. It is very powerful, quick, great storage and looks big and nice, the blue at the back looks brighter and nicer under better lights. A super smartphone for a lower price than normal. However, my phone took 6 WEEKS to arrive, when it should of been 6 days. There was little and poor communication, hardly responding to emails, when they did it was generic and not useful. There is no option to call them regarding orders, the tracking updates are lies and deceptive, and the link to live chat and to cancel does not work. Order from another company unless you do not want to have your item delivered immediately and can wait many weeks with little communication.

Chooses eGlobal because of the price, but the delivery gave me a lot of problems, and I was not able to contact the courier directly. Result: received the poroduct after about a month. Surely better paying something more to Amazon or Eprice. ma la consegna mi ha creato moltissimi problemi.

Cheap is their only feature. I’ve already written feedback to them before being prompted to write this review. I received no response from that - which is about two weeks ago - and I did raise serious concerns in the spirit of trying to give constructive criticism. Being as charitable as I can, I might assume there is no one on their end who is able to effectively communicate in English - there’s no evidence anyone can because the only communications I had were in the from of stock replies/information which were on the whole pretty vague and unhelpful. Where to start? The buying process itself is not so slick - I had to reregister with a second email to process the order that I’d made, the clearest indication my second attempt was successful was the funds going from my bank account. Then the statements of progress on the order which come eventually. "Your order is being processed”. “You order is being picked”. “Your order is being picked by the courier” and son on… with no indication as to where any of this is going on. While the goods were in transit, I’d no idea which country they were in - whether still in Hong Kong, en route or in the UK. The whole process took about twelve days - which was a bit longer than the turnaround they promised, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if I had some sort of clear expectation. I just got repeat emails telling me their expected turnaround time which was fulfilled in time from the date of processing - it’s just the date of processes sing took around a week from the order being placed. They did notify me [the courier which was DPD] the day they were due to be delivered - at my work address. My hear immediately sank when I saw who the courier was. I’d had something due via them the week before and it seems they expend little or no effort in attempting to deliver to business addresses - I had to make a thirty-odd mile round trip to their depot the week before to pick up my goods. Having ordered going on for £1700 worth of gear from Eglobal, I was waiting downstairs at the door for the duration of the hour delivery slot window. Toward the end of that time I received a text from DPD advising me the goods had been dropped off - at an address two roads away parallel. It turns out it was at some random sweet shop which I eventually found by trial and error [only one of the premises on this high street actually had a number on the door and it wasn’t the shop in question]. It turns out DPD do this quite regularly. Another thing not mentioned in any of their advertising is that you’re likely to get manuals in Chinese and not only that, if you’re buying a camera, it’s likely that the menu system will also be set to Chinese. It can of course be reset, but you can’t find out how to do that from the manual unless you can understand Pinyin [Chinese letter forms]. A web search and an eye for the symbols worked it out. In the end I got my goods, I saved a few quid, but customer care is next to zero. In fact the lens cleaning kit promised wasn’t in the package - not a big deal, but I did flag this in the email I sent them, which has never been responded to. Heaven help me if I need to contact them over a warranty issue. In the end it comes down to how important the savings are to you - I’d suggest unless it’s very important, you can save yourself some stress by going virtually anywhere else. Eglobal is not a scam - I did receive all the items I ordered [without the ‘free gift’] but it wasn’t a very positive experience other than the price.

The bank returned the money and the case went to the bank legal department (as a possible fraud?). my advice to all: KEEP AWAY FROM EGLOBAL
