“On the 18 mars 2021 I ordered headset, which I never received.
I wrote few mails, they did not even bother to answer the first few mails, only after I said that I am going ton involve the bank they answered blaming the third part.
on 26 of april 2021 I had enough contacted the bank and complain.
The bank returned the money and the case went to the bank legal department (as a possible fraud?).
my advice to all: KEEP AWAY FROM EGLOBAL”
“I ordered a couple of things before, everything was not bad. Now I ordered a phone from them. I've been waiting for him for three months. They deferred as best they could, promised to send in a week, two months. About 2 weeks ago, they said they had sent it. Track number doesn't work. I haven’t received the phone yet. I just began to hate them. If your nerves and patience are dear to you, do not order anything from them. The mail is very hard to answer., Deceive. Rare scum”

“Please do touch this company! Like many other reviews on here I ordered an item and then this shambolic company fail to deliver it after months of emails. They send non personalised, generic replies stating there is an issue with the couriers but cannot the basic answers.
Fortunately I used PayPal and managed a full refund through their resolution process (probably because they have had so many issues with them before).
Total scam merchants and the sooner they go out of business the better.”
“I bought 300+ Euro item from them. Ten days after it was supposedly picked up by the courier I got the message, "Due to unforseen circumstances there is a delay in your shipment. We will update here once we have news". The next day I got the message, "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible." That same message continued for 19 days and then all messages stopped. I made an email enquiry when I received the first delay message and several email enquiries after that. The most they would tell me was that "our logistics department is looking into it". The last two or three mails where I asked them to either give me the contact of the courier or tell me after how long they would either replace or refund my item have received no reply. It has been three months. I strongly suspect fraud.
Don't buy from this company. You may or may not get your item. If you don't get it that's too bad. Your money is gone.”

“Cheap deals but you get what you pay for. We bought our kid a tablet for Xmas which had massive issues and we tried to get it fixed with eglobal. Their system is shockingly slow with one email a day back and forth with no way of a simple chat to a tech person which would have solved the issue in minutes as it was the magnet on the keyboard case causing the issues. For their so called tech support to never mentioned this simple magnet check in any of their emails to us and we had to send it back to bloody Hong Kong!! 6 week later we still haven't got it back. Absolute disgrace don't buy from these guys it's not worth it in my opinion. I will pay more in Ireland from now on for peace of mind.”

Purchased item for a Christmas present still no show.
Before item was dispatched i was receiving updates from marKus.
Have sent numerous emails since my item didn't arrive at Christmas and have had no response.
Have requested a refund...still no response very frustrating there does not seem to be a telephone number that one can talk to someone..
