I haven´t recently purchased anything. So I am a bit scared of what you could be doing with my Bank Account. Please do let me know for sure that you´re not doing any unauthorized transaction. Apart from that, you charged me almost 500 euro for a landline minutes I was told almost five times in your shops that it didn´t have any limits. I found that out with my bill and I find that really huge and unfair. I asked before signing the contract five times, if it was unlimited and I took their word for granted. That´s like lying to a customer and stealing almost 500 euros from my working hours and I think there´s a limit. I am really dissappointed and angry with this brand. Sorry, but I won´t come back once my contract is finished, that´s really true!

Terrible customer service once I lost connection for broadband. No connection between any of the customer service teams (eirchat, twitter, phone service, tech support). I have wasted HOURS of my life calling or contacting eir and no one seemed to be willing or able to help. Ridiculous timings set by engineers for visit (e.g. am or pm). Asked to speak to a supervisor a number of times and none available. No complains procedure which is available to the public. No apology forthcoming and I definitely won't be renewing my contract when it is up and will encourage others to do like wise if I am not contacted soon.

Changing modem to e fibre ,took 3 weeks .5 modems were installed every few days .Fequent contact with Eir was frustrating.Telling me it was my PC was the problem.Get it checked .Idid at a cost 90€.My new PC was perfect .I heard calls to Joe ,any one of them could be my story.

i have not bought any thing from eir while i have home phone from them and broadband if i had a choice i would change i am waiting for fibre broadband for over five

Everything about our experience of trying to switch to eir was a nightmare. After almost three months of issue after issue, we still do not have our original phone number restored. We finally had to submit a complaint to Comreg after the eir complaints procedure also failed us.

I have an application in for a phone line for a newly built house since August 2016. I am given a new date of completion every few weeks or months and it is always pushed out again without ANY work having been done to complete it. I have been given a new date of completion for the end of Feb which will be 6 months after applying for the phone line. There are other houses around us with phone lines so it's not as if we are in the middle of nowhere.

I first rang Eir about a new build back in October. I stressed that some works would need to be carried out first, i.e. A pole erected as this was a new build. However I received a modem within 3 days ....and still have no connection 4 months later! And nobody in Eir can tell me when this work will be scheduled. Very disappointed with the 'service' to date.

Everything it took almost 2months to get broadband connection and only after about 40 phone calls (and that is not an exaggeration) from my end then wrong billing on three bills and some really unhelpful and badly trained staff left the whole thing a really bad experience and all for mediocre broadband

I'm not quite sure why I'm being asked to leave a review for eir, seeing as I placed an order in June 2016 for phone and broadband service and it is now January 2017 and I still haven't been connected. All I can really comment on is the terrible customer service I'm receiving at the moment from eir, and if I ever do get connected I will be taking my business to Sky as soon as possible!

Four months waiting for connection Call centre out of experience, some of them hung off the line while he asked me to wait Some of these calls went to other departments and i have to explsin the problem again I payed the deposit for both mobile phones at the shpoe and in the bill i have been asked again to pay the deposit!!! The bill includes international text that my wife never did!!!!

We can get no internet where we live,we pay monthly for sky and monthly for Netflix which we can use as Internet so bad,eir should be saying they can supply the service when it's so bad where we live,neighbours across the rd get nearly 3 times better internet than us ,I am paying for a service we can't use and paying for other services like sky etc that we can't use????
