“Took months to get a phone line. Then told for weeks that it would not be suitable for broadband which is the only reason why I got it in. In the end it was a mistake in the installation in the cabinet which was stopping me from getting broadband. Now told I am unable to get fibre even though the cabinet in the village was installed months ago.”

“Not told that the deal would add an extra €10 for unlimited calls to the UK. Then went over the UNLIMITED amount of minutes allowed under terms and conditions and chanrged an extra €100 for the service which we never were before when with Vodafone. The Eir App on Android does not show you how many minutes you have used on calls to the UK so unable to check this. Everytime we make a call to the UK we first have to open up laptop to check how many minutes we have used. Have asked before about this and told T@C T@C....”
“I made the order about 8 months ago and still have no phone line. Every month the completion date is extended. It is ready to install but because it says on a computer that its not ready a phone line has not been stalled. When I call up I get transferred to about ten different people who have no idea what is going on. Very disappointed. I will give this bad review and still no one will call to resolve the issue.”
