Broadband is crap TV keeps on freezing and my modem burned out just before Xmas no TV it's a disaster of a company

Ive had no internet all through Christmas an still been charged, my direct debit never comes out when its meant too so i miss my last payment an now im been charged €10 by the bank an 18.60 by eir for a missed payment its a joke not one bit happy wit this service!!!

I bought NOTHING !!!!! & where is my credit ? Thanks for that, Gerard. The previous agent that you were speaking with left a note on your account stating that the call dropped when she was speaking with technical support. Apologies for this. I am absolutely disgusted with eir I would never use eir or recommend it to anyone. You completely messed me around I took 3 separate days off work unpaid and waited for you to come and install eir which was unsuccessful due to lack of capabile staff/customer service and you charged me twice for cancellation which does not apply to me because it was your fault I had to cancel. I want a refund and I want you to pay for the unsuccessful direct debits the bank charged me!!!! Very unhappy about the whole thing!!! Sorcha O'Brien gleeson 202 Carrow road drimnagh Dublin 12

Took months to get a phone line. Then told for weeks that it would not be suitable for broadband which is the only reason why I got it in. In the end it was a mistake in the installation in the cabinet which was stopping me from getting broadband. Now told I am unable to get fibre even though the cabinet in the village was installed months ago.

I would not recommend your company as we still have not been connected. Several men have been out and blamed the other one for not doing their job. A very badly organised and run company.

Pathetically slow broadband speeds. And, the local broadband has been breaking down regularly (knocking out broadband / internet service for all of the surrounding area including our household) . Effectively, you are being allowed to extort money from me (in respect of your unfair charges) in return for your dreadfully poor and often non-existent broadband / internet service. Shame on you.

I have always had problems with Eir, everytime I call I have to call back to change something as things aren't correct. Moving house lately has really topped it off!

Not told that the deal would add an extra €10 for unlimited calls to the UK. Then went over the UNLIMITED amount of minutes allowed under terms and conditions and chanrged an extra €100 for the service which we never were before when with Vodafone. The Eir App on Android does not show you how many minutes you have used on calls to the UK so unable to check this. Everytime we make a call to the UK we first have to open up laptop to check how many minutes we have used. Have asked before about this and told T@C T@C....

I made the order about 8 months ago and still have no phone line. Every month the completion date is extended. It is ready to install but because it says on a computer that its not ready a phone line has not been stalled. When I call up I get transferred to about ten different people who have no idea what is going on. Very disappointed. I will give this bad review and still no one will call to resolve the issue.

I sent you an email asking why, after crap service when my modem went down and never got a reply. Also one od your team rang me, I was busy and asked for a ring back, it never happened. And you have a general air of being crap. And no doubt nothing will happen again. I will be leaving ad soon as possible

just about everything from day 1 - the ordering process was a nightmare and I am still awaiting a callback ( about 3 months on ) where I had agreed a price of €40 p.m. and bill arrived for €50 p.m. - despite quering this on two lengthy occasions and having been promised that this would be investigated - still nothing.

Everything. I can't wait for my contract to finish. When it does I will be running to Vodafone or virgin. Eir customer service is non existent.

Renewed a contract at a better monthly rate only to find a hidden service fee charged through my direct debit. Rang Eir but no satisfaction , been a customer for many years feel like I was mugged .
