“As a telecommunications company they're not very good at dealing with communicating. I've been waiting since November - actually the matter started way before then & I'm stilling waiting for the matter to be resolved.”
“all over Christmas I couldn't get skype which is mainly why I have a computer. very disappointing. I was on to eir several times but it is still very bad. they say the line is ;ok but my computer is only bought during the past year so I don't think there could be anything wrong there. I would love to get my skype back . mary disgusted.”

“Internet constantly breaks down , tv service regularly breaks down! Never had theses issued with Sky, can't wait till contract finishes, wouldn't recommend to anyone.”

Customer service lied to me caouldnt or wouldnt resolve my problems. I have had to wait over 4 months for a connection mean while vodaphone got the job done in 3 weeks.”
“I agreed to become a new customer back in late sept. but it emerged a pole needed to be replaced which was to be done in mid Oct. This did not happen and when I made contact I was told it would be late Dec. Still no pole and no contact. I again made contact and was told it could be late Feb. 2017 before pole would be replaced. I cancelled order yesterday. If I had been updated and told that dates would not be met and had been kept informed it would be the least one would expect. Appalling service.”
“Eir switched me to an account I did not want using false info on my usage. Refused to switch me back when contacted to following day and again by phone and email within the following week even though there is a 14 day cooling off period. Worst I have ever dealt with, just like talking to a brick wall.”
“It took 4 attempts to get account sorted. It is such a pity that your customer service staff are not all equal to the task. I would have to say that both ladies I eventually had the sheer luck to deal with were so professional, capable and a pleasure to deal with. It was the pathetic knowledge of 2 gentlemen that left me fuming (One of them I eventually had to ask to hang up and log out of my account so I could ring in again and get someone else!!) Train you staff to do their job is my opinion.”
“I am still not set up. I signed up on the 5th October, 2016 and still have no phone line or broadband I have been told that the junction box is full and an Eir Representative needs to call out to solve this issue. I was then told the end of December that this problem was rectified an an agent would call in January, 17 which he did but could not set up as the problem was not resolved. I got one missed call from Eir since have tried to ring back and can't get through to anyone. Can someone please contact me with an update”
“1 first call out given wrong mobile unable to contact me 2 second call out technican said order was incorrect 3 technican came too late to do outside work line vault 4 technican came on his own and it is a 2 man operation he said,”
“Eir kept changing installation dates! I contacted them a number of times told me it was all ok. First booted on 21st October, Then 2 months during another call turns out they had given the technician the wrong number, and cancelled it, but I got no notification . So ended up up going with Sky!”
