I purchased a rug online it was supposed to delivered on 9/28/21. I called them to find out happened Why didn’t receive my rug. Every number I called were in Spanish 🤔this is America… This is ridiculous I can’t believe this 🙄

they are scammers! they are financed with your money. I bought a piece of furniture on April 24, they told me they would deliver it on June 18. that did not happen. I had to call to find out what was happening and they told me they would deliver it to me on July 22. Call today and they tell me that they will deliver it on August 4 because according to them, we do not confirm the delivery !!! We have a receipt of having confirmed it and even so they do not want to give us the furniture after almost 4 months of waiting! and they tell us that we can go for the furniture ourselves. In other words, they have the furniture and decide not to deliver it! They treat us like idiots over the phone, repeating like parrots that they deliver it on August 4. they don't care about anything about the customer. they are a mess and scammers!

Purchased furniture and it was delivered damaged. I was told to accept the damaged furniture and it would be replaced. The service department came out with another issue and was told again that the tv unit would need to be replaced. After waiting over year to get a replacement, I was told by the El Dorado that the manufacture wouldn't stand behind the unit. We have written proof that we made a claim and yet they continue to give us a hard time. All we want is what we paid for in good condition. The service department keeps passing the buck and never giving us a replacement as promised. Never take delivery of damaged goods with the promise of it being replaced. Took delivery of this TV unit in early July 2020 and a year later still waiting for a resolution. It's not in stock, waiting on a replacement, sorry but the manufacture will no longer deal with this issue. Who needs to deal with a company that doesn't stand behind their product. I was offered today the floor model even though it was damaged to resolve this issue. Damaged for damaged.....

I just bought more Furniture from El Dorado last week. I have being a costumer since 2012 and I couldn't being happier. Marta Albarran is amazing and helped me all the time with my selections. My place looks amazing and I recommend the store to all my friends. I don't care how much money I spend it because there's no other store beautiful as they are. I keep coming back over and over and picking something else. I will post some pictures later than...❤❤❤

I went to El Dorado at 441 in Wellington, great experience. Maria, the sales associate she is terrific. Very patient, great recommendations. Always on top and following up on my orders! 100% recommend ! Delivery team were also great!

I have ordered multiple items from El dorado but I will never purchase from them again. I have waited over 2 months and still haven't gotten the rest of my order. When I made the order, I was told it would be delivered in two weeks. It's been TWO MONTHS. The customer service is horrible! You get excuses and rude staff if you get anyone at all. Online chat just gives you an automated response saying you have a 2 minute wait and continues saying that for nearly an hour until you just give up. I was told multiple times that someone would reach out to me to schedule delivery and they never do. You have to constantly chase them. I would have NEVER made the purchase if I would've known it'd be months before I got it. I should've been given the opportunity to decide if I wanted to wait that long or look elsewhere. I couldn't even cancel the order because I got half of it within a week but never got the rest. I will never purchase another single item from them and will tell everyone I know and post reviews everywhere I can to let people know how awful this company is and how they have zero interest in their customers. El dorado should be ashamed!

If I could provide a -0 star review I would. This place treats people like royalty when you walk in the store but if you need to discuss factory damage with them even under one year warranty they will treat you like garbage. ROSAURA IS EXTREMELY RUDE, please do not see Rosaura when you walk into this store. I would suggest you stay away from El Dorado, Rosaura has 0 manners, 0 professionalism, I asked for damage protection and she did not include it, after claiming factory damage on my dresser (still under their warranty), she stated I did not request it and my claim is denied. She said, imagínate, no me lo pediste! Y eso cuesta caro no es free! 0 manners, professionalism and manners. Please stay away from This lady, her manager yamelis does nothing, went through their “corporate” office and Rita still denied my claim , she said damage was caused by accident, meaning in other words... I broke it. She even said Rosaura is very experienced, Rosaura is very rude!! That is the reality, stay away from this scammers. Please shop at Rooms to go, they treat people with respect!

I bought a recliner in July 2020. First it took them two mount to deliver then approx four week one of the motors went bad so I immediately place a complaint for repair it under the warranty it took them over 40 days for someone to come to my house send less that five minutes to tell me that the motor was bad and that he needs to order a new one I keep calling to get an update in the status of the new motor and as of today April 16 2021 I am still waiting on a delivery date it’s been a nightmare.

Do Not Spend your money with this company.I only had this sectional for 3 months and the thread is coming up already.It is only me and my husband sitting on this sectional,and an occasional guest at times.We have no kids,or pets living with us.And that is not a seat we sit in when we are home.Ispent over 4000.00 dollars on this sectional.They DON'T GIVE REFUNDS,they are allowing me to change pieces,or exchange the sectional all together.This sectional is Cleary defected.I ordered a bar set,it was delivered with missing pieces,and broken pieces.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE đź‘Ž

It is very sad that you spend 15000 dollars in one store and you can't return one item from your purchase. We bought 2 trays. The delivery person put the trays over the table and took a picture. When he left, I realized that one of the trays was broken. That happened 5 minutes later, I called the store and they just send the picture back. Our order included 2 ceiling lamps. Before they arrived I called the salesperson to tell her that I don't believe that the election was accurate due to the space. My mistake, I didn't read the return policy. The salesperson said that I had to allow the lamps to arrive because they were already on its way. She never clarified that the return will be impossible. Now I have 2 expensive lamps with no use, with a cost of 1200.00

I would give ZERO Stars to this store, I bought two sofas from the store and the quality is so poor that I could see the wrinkles and bubbles on the cushion in 4 months time. Whenever I am trying to reach out to them, they are giving me excuses for not even replacing the cushions, forget about the whole sofa. I would recommend staying away from this store.

i place my order 10/06/2020 and they told me there were delays in deliveries so it would be ready for the middle of december, we set a date for 12/22/2020 during that period everything was normal, today 12/5/2020 i call to ask if everything is ok tell me that the order may be ready for 01/26/2021.???

Poor customer service of furniture return I bought a sofa and the space was to small they do not allow returns yet the sales rep lie and told us we can return within 15 days . I have spend 12000 in this store never again I will do business with them. Will not recommend to others. Bad business

Ojalá hubiese no stars, la experiencia es bien decepcionante, los envíos llegaron con una Cama diferente a la que se pidió y que 3 años después la “piel” se está despedazando como un pedazo de papel, las sillas del comedor se les descascara la falsa cubierta como si estuvieran expuestas al sol y la lluvia, no gasten tanto en tan poca calidad. Lo más importante en la página de la tienda solo aparecen reviews de 5 stars, parecen auto creados, fuera de ahí es que encuentro las verdaderas opiniones.

ABSOLUTELY the worst experience ever!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought an expensive love seat recliner. When one section of the love seat broke because it was defective, I requested a new piece. That's when I found out I made a huge mistake buying from El Dorado. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I spoke with a Karla and a Kathie and both sent repair people out to my home to repair it. I wanted a new piece, as seeing I purchased it less than 6 months prior. Both repair men said I needed a new piece. El Dorado has been fighting tooth and nail, and making me wait on a repair rather than just replace it. My back is suffering. Horrible experience with El Dorado furniture Calle Ocho, it’s been 2 months they delivered a broke tv stand and even I paid for insurance they didn’t replace yet. They just blame Covid, every time you call the store they give a new date for you to call back to check. I keep a broke tv stand in my live room which I spent more than 1000$ plus warranty!

I wish I could write this for an overall company but I can't I can only pick a store. Just had the worse experience ever. I have spent over 8,000 with eldarado let's be clear. I would think they would value my loyalty. Instead they send broken and damaged furniture it always has to go back. They send third party companies to deliver and they can't speak English so we could not communicate. I ask him to call the customer service manager (who was laughing in my face on the phone with driver speaking in another language. At this point I'm just fed up I asked them to take it all back. I go towards my door to let them in and take the furniture, I turn around and the guy is trying to leave, I'm confused and Dont know why he's leaving, he sees me walking up to the door and still persist on shutting the door the driver ended up hurting my finger.(thank God my neighbor was outside to see what happen.) I talked with them about the incident and I'm truly thinking about making a police report. she did not apologize for the incident only about the damaged furniture. She was not sincere about the situation. She blamed me and says the driver said I hit the truck. Worst day ever. I just know I will not be spending my money with them anymore. I rather order wayfair.com and put it together myself. I will say the store manager at the west palm beach location is the most professional and genuine manager they have. He made me feel appreciated and did not defend any sort of negative actions from those drivers. ELDARADO SERIOUSLY NEEDS MAKE SOME CHANGES. Reflect on the facts! Your Customer Service manager lacks customer service skills. This as a company is showing through the internet with all the horrible reviews. I Dont see eldarado lasting 20 years with the type of service and damaged goods. I truly feel bad for the mangers and employee like Doris, Kathy, and the store manager at west palm beach because you guys do provide great customer service. But all that can't get a customer in the store if the head if management is unprofessional, not sinsecre, and could careless she just wanted me off the phone. I could tell by her tone. Do not support them until they start to appreciate their customers.

About 15 days ago we made a purchase at el Dorado furniture store, located in Pembroke Pines, Miami FL. It was a purchase of over $ 7,000 that included a bar, a dining table, a reclining sofa, a TV table, a table for the living room, ornaments, two chairs and a centerpiece. We have been clients of El Dorado for quite some time, but I think this will be the last time. There have been so many problems that I do not know where to start. I think I'm going to start with the worst of all, the sectional sofa. After having used the sofa for a while (less than 15 days), we realized that the sofa is not comfortable, the recliner does not work as expected, the height is not adequate, etc. .... we do not like it how we thought we would like it. We did what any customer, from any store in the United States has the right to do, and especially after spending more than $ 3000, we went to the store to speak with a manager to request changing the sofa. We did not want to return the sofa, just change the product for another. It turns out that El Dorado does not accept merchandise changes after 5 days, but even if you have the supernatural ability to know if a sofa will be comfortable in 5 days, El Dorado would still charge a restocking fee of 30% plus the costs of Shipping. I wonder, how will I know if a sofa is going to be comfortable in less than 5 days? Why would I have to pay a 30% restocking fee? Another answer was that I should have returned the sofa at the time of delivery, so I guess the brilliant strategists of El Dorado imagine that the delivery drivers would have to wait for 4 or 5 hours for me to know if I'm going to like the sofa or not. It is simply ridículos, disrespectful and shameful. In any store in the United States, a customer has the right to return / exchange a product within 15-30 days, regardless of the type of product, from a gallon of milk, to a TV or a computer. Then I ask myself: Why El Dorado does not allow me to change a product that I do not like, a product for which I have paid more than $ 3000? ...... I don´t have enough words to describe how El Dorado forces me to stay with a piece of furniture that I do not like, it is an abuse of my rights as a client, a lack of respect, it is shameful and completely unacceptable. But my nightmare does not end there, they had to deliver the bar 3 times. Every time they delivered a piece it had problems, again and again, very poor-quality furniture. Loose pieces, scratches, bumps, problems with the paint ... .. the list is long. After 3 times we accept the last one they brought us, but that does not mean that it doesn´t have problems, it only has "less problems" than the previous ones, but since they cannot be returned, we must keep one! ... .. the last one did not bring any of the caps for the screws and the assemblies are all uncovered. Now, we are going to try that they give us at least those caps, perhaps they also have another absurd policy for that! My only good experience with El Dorado ??, the salesperson. Mr. Henry has been excellent, kind, available and always willing to help in whatever is within his reach. It is a pity that an excellent professional like Henry works for an organization like El Dorado in which the rights of the clients are not respected, nor the ethics or the decorum of the people who work hard in this country in order to maintain their families Dear CEO / Managers of El Dorado, I feel obliged to share my experience in all social networks, forums and media at my disposal to prevent abuses like this continue to happen. I will not stop until I get an answer from you, an answer with a reasonable explanation. IF I do not receive a reply from you, I will have to go with the TV, The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (CFPB). I hope you have an excellent day!!!
